The view is phenomenal and although the pictures are beautiful…. They honestly cannot capture the exact beauty that this lake has! Aside from that, the staff was so nice and helpful however, as nice as the location is the cleanliness was surely slacking which was a bit disappointing and the upkeep of the homes needed some real work. The pillows were amazing and I wish I knew which they were so I can get them for my home lol.

Wonderful time of rest and relaxation. Was beautiful overlooking the Lake with breath-taking views. Enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking, and taking the boat out on the lake. The cabin was comfortable but the air conditioners were a little weak and one was leaking.

Sonja was amazing and made our stay exceptional. This place is very close to town too . Our townhouse was very clean and cozy . This was a great way to celebrate Valentines with a beautiful view of Lake George from our bed to the living room . I can’t wait to come back in the summer !

The location was amazing. The townhouse accommodations were perfect for our stay. We were able to put our 2 year old to bed and then hang out downstairs without worrying about disturbing her. We loved the ambiance of the fireplace with the (frozen!) lake view. Very spacious and comfortable for our stay. Also, shoutout to the man who was plowing, it snowed a lot and he did such a great job keeping up with the snow removal so we never had to worry about getting in and out of the resort.

Cabin was extremely clean, everything updated nicely. Visitors and staff are incredibly friendly and you can’t beat the view!

I don’t believe the Inn at Erlowest has anything to do with the accommodations at the Suncastle. They are completely different in terms of cleanliness and decor. The staff at the Suncastle was wonderful. When we got to our “villa“ the air conditioning wasn’t working. It was an extremely hot day in Lake. George and my husband has a heart condition. But the staff worked diligently to find us another space. Unfortunately, the only good thing about the new space was the air conditioner was working. It was filthy and broken down and hadn’t seen any upgrades in probably 40 years. The TV in the master bedroom while hung on the wall was not plugged in because the outlet was too far away. It’s reprehensible that the Suncastle is trying to feed off of the reputation at the Inn. The rooms at the Inn are beautiful, well appointed and well taken care of and the restaurant is a gourmet dining experience. But the Suncastle… Disgusting. Do yourself a favor don’t stay there.
