I was shocked at the cost of this motel at $200 a night and for what we got. There was no clock or washcloths in the room. No ice machine any where on the property and the room was mediocre at best and not as pictured. The beds were squeaky and noisy if you rolled over on them.. Large dead plants welcomed us outside our room. The insulation was so poor that you could hear people talking and in the morning we were awokend by the sound of children running and crying overhead. I would rate this motel as very poor for the price charged. The only good feature was it was clean with no visible bugs.

If I could give a zero stars I would. Our stay at the end of June was cut short due to a massive party in the parking lot, feet from our room door with loud music, underage drinking and rowdy people. Called police who showed up and escorted us off the property as my wife and I did NOT feel safe staying here. Owners, Connor and Derek apologized and said via text messages that they were sorry and they "would make it right" by removing 1 night stay from our bill and giving us a free future stay (which is a hard NO). They never followed thru on their promises. Now, neither will return calls or texts. DO NOT Stay at this motel if you want a good Lake George experience.

We spent two nights here and we were so happy with everything. …the room was updated and clean and perfect for my family and dogs. It was such a short walk to the lake! Connor was so friendly and accommodating, Definitely would recommend this place to anyone going to Lake George.

Don't even bother booking here. I booked through ***********, they tried saying I didn't, but I had all the receipts. They refused to honor my booking. *********** spoke them. This cost me 6 hours of driving, a bunch of money and aggregation. I had my poor 10 year old daughter with me. Terrible owners. They said they'd conp me another stay, never sent me the comp.

The room looks nice, but the more you look the grosser it gets. There were stains on towels, hair all over the bathroom and MICE. I saw their droppings in the bathroom cabinet and heard some chasing noises during the night.
