Stayed for the nights of November 23, 24 and 25, 2023. I was told that this is a Heritage Hotel which is renovated in 2013. Hotel has impressive lobby and hallway. Restaurant is adjacent to the lobby and serves complementary breakfast. Buffett breakfast was good and had many dishes to choose from. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Service in restaurant and housekeeping was A class. The only issue is had with the room was that our room was close to their banquet halls and right from 7 am we can hear loud staff voices who are setting up or removing stuff. Furthermore when housekeeping, mini bar and maintenance are in the hallway they start talking to each other loudly which is very annoying. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for 7 nights, with my wife, and we thoroughly enjoyed the history of this place and the hotel experience. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating, even though I hate the “tipping” mentality that is prevalent in Pakistan. This hotel will, definitely, be my “hotel of first choice” on out next visit to Lahore, God Willing.

During my not-so-great stay at Faletti's, I was rudely woken up one morning by loud drums and dhols. I was able to go back to sleep afterwards, but a little while later, an even louder and longer drumming session woke me up again. I called the front desk only to be told that the drums and dhols were being played to celebrate the birthday of the general manager and would stop eventually, without any apology for disturbing my sleep. A very weird way of celebrating a birthday in the early morning, and definitely a unique experience for me.

Lovely old hotel built in the 1880's. Friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely gardens a good restaurant with an excellent breakfast buffet and fine a la carte menu for dinner. The decor is evocative of an earlier era with the Ava Gardner suite and the Marlon Brando piano. Quite exceptional value for a hotel of this class
