Good experience excellent service

Otel odası pis ve çok eski resimlerini ekledim. Resepsiyondan fazla ödeme istediler. İnanılmaz kirli bir otel kesinlikle uzak durun. Kahvaltı için peynirli omlet istedim sebzeli omleti vermeye çalıştılar. Personeli yardım sever değil!

Horrible! Stay away. You are better off staying at Park Lane or other hotels in the area. Lots of options. The staff doesn't know what service is. It is sad they call themselves a hotel. Horrible. The air-conditioning broke, and the way the staff handled the situation was poor, to say the least. At a low point during the night, the manager and the receptionist stopped answering calls. This way they made us come all the ay down to complain and to see when the engineer is coming. The entire night we played this cat and mouse game. Pathetic.

Terrible experience at Indigo Hotel Lahore. The service was painfully slow, the breakfast was of poor quality, and the staff seemed unprofessional and uninterested in helping. Disappointing and not worth the money spent. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not only was the breakfast of poor quality, but the food had a strange smell too. The waiters at the restaurant on the 17th floor were inattentive, making the dining experience even worse. To top it off, the slow elevator situation, with only one functional lift, added unnecessary inconvenience to our stay. A truly disappointing and frustrating experience overall. Front office staff appeared untrained and unprepared to handle guest concerns. Washrooms were poorly managed and unclean. Additionally, the central cooling system had issues, necessitating a room change. The lack of proper management and maintenance significantly marred the stay, leading to multiple inconveniences and a lackluster experience overall.

Absolutely shambolic! I made my booking many months before through *******! So I had a confirmed booking and was expecting to pay at the hotel. When I turned up at the hotel, they said I haven't got a booking coz they don't deal with *******! I argued the point why would ******* advertise your hotel then?! They kept on coming out with excuses! What I think had happened was that the hotel had over booked and coz I was paying at the hotel their overbookings had turned up and were booked in! When I showed up their were no rooms left! Instead of just owning up to their mistake they just made excuse after excuse and left me in the lurch! Typical Pakistan! And this why the country is in an absolute state!

They have put billions for the huge setup. But didnt invest any thing to thier staff mind set and that has cheep mind set. We had a nikah ceremony on 12th march evening at indigo and on departure have advised guest to stay in lobby as it tool some time to guest to reach in the lobby from the 18th floor where few aged women children guest were with us and the staff did not bother to provide 2 to 3 extra chairs to them and become sluggish/ rigid As per them its hotel sop that guest remain as it is they have nothing to do. if after paying a premium cost this is the mind set then such service provider must be discouraged at every platform. The food quality was bad the food was not warm and seems not fresh Then the mess at hotels lifts which are fully occoupied and slow very slow and only 2 lifts Then the mess with velet parkings. So over all the service level was so cheep and disgusting that its below a 3 star hotels restaurants.
