5人で泊まる予約をしたが、2人分のアメニティ、
コップしかなかった。
サービスもよくない。
食事をオーダーしたが来るのが遅かった。
ミネラルウォーターもただではない。
めちゃくちゃ悪かったので、もう二度と予約しない。

Rezeption und Personal waren sehr kooperativ, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war fantastisch mit großen Auswahl aus frischen Zutaten (hervorragend). Zimmer war ebenfalls gut mit funktionsfähig ausgestattete Geräte, TV, Kühlschrank Klimaanlage etc. Im Badezimmer gab es eine kleine Verbesserung, z.b Handtücher mit Flecken Badewanne und WC waren nicht sauber.

The Residency Hotel is one of the places which I like because of their clean and tidy environment with very competitive prices. Their hospitality is unmatched from top to bottom. The Structure Gym is an added advantage.

The Residency hotel is one of the best service in the region lahore with amazing location and peaceful atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The always have a smile on their face and ready to help anytime. Highly recommend

The stay at the hotel was very good. Staff was excellent throughout, welcoming and helpful, and always served punctually. Location is very good, with an ATM and petrol station around the corner from the hotel itself. Overall a comfortable stay, however one negative observation was the absence of shower curtains in our bathroom. As a result, some shower time the floor would be drenched. Rooms lighting was also dim, and not sufficient to allow for getting ready. Apart from that, a very good stay and very reasonably priced, Good gym and pool facilities, as well as complimentary breakfast. Will certainly stay again if given a chance. 8.5/10 overall

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was kind, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, providing a peaceful stay. However, the room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom

we had a fantastic experience during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and efficient check-in process. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, offering stunning views of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. It was exceptional, The staff was welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect and highly recommended.
