拉古納飯店&Spa中心(Casa Laguna Hotel & Spa)

This place is so cute, completely unique, and very SoCal in every way. It's the opposite of a large chain hotel, every room has personality and charm. The facilities were lovely, a great pool and places to relax, while multiple patios and common areas make it easy to escape the other guests if needed. Breakfast was also great. Be aware that there are lots of steps in this property so I'm not sure of how accessible it would be for less abled people. It is also right by a busy road (nothing the hotel can do about this) which means lying by the pool isn't quite a silent/isolated experience. However, the views and chill music more than make up for this - it quickly becomes irrelevant. I would happily stay here again!!

While the staff were excellent, friendly and eager to help, and the pool was quite lovely, and empty, there is a lot to be desired for the rest of this place. The main issue was my $400/night room (#7) which was dark, musty (I had to wash all of my clean clothes of the smell when returning home) and noisy as this hotel is on a busy road. The breakfast was extremely basic and unappetizing. The parking so tight that upon arrival from a late flight I scraped my rental car trying to get in (and now owe a damage fee to the rental company). I had another reservation for later in the year when I'm back in town but I cancelled it.

The hotel boasts a stunning location with a breathtaking view of the beach. Not only is the hotel beautiful, but the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the moment I arrived, we felt welcomed and valued as a guest. Their warm and attentive service made my stay even more memorable. And let's not forget about the breakfast! The delicious s dishes was a delightful way to start each day. The flavors and presentation were top-notch, leaving us satisfied and ready to explore the surrounding area.

It was different than what the other inns around the area Feel like Casa Laguna historic, quaint home like experience where your wife asks can we stay another night.so I guess they delivered,right.courtyard decks where you can eat was relaxing .

Everyone working here is very friendly. The front desk worker was great, friendly and welcomed us with a glass of sangria if we wanted. You feel right at home and happy. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The bed was amazing and great view. Beautiful grounds, quiet, heated pool. Only complaint is no vegan options or not many food items to order. Hotel isn’t in the heart of downtown. Not far, but not close enough for my liking when I’m hungry. Menu items were more of a snack.

The staff was amazing!!! All the grounds are beautiful!!! There are water features and sitting areas. A lady sweeps the walking paths every morning. The breakfast comes either to your room or the dining area your choice and you pick the time. You pick what you would like from the menu to be delivered. They even put a little succulent plant on the tray. :) Shout out to Tyler and Ken for exceptional service!!!

My wife and I were just passing through Laguna, but after staying at Casa Laguna, we decided to extend our stay another night because we enjoyed it so much. Cute courtyards, warm pool, and a super friendly staff made this place feel very warm and upscale. We will definitely stay here again if ever back in Laguna!

The property is absolutely beautiful. My 18 year old daughter and I wanted to go on a quick staycation and it was one of the best places we have ever stayed. From the amazingly attentive staff to the delicious food and the little details...your included breakfast comes to your door. I have about 3 couples that will be adding this place as a must go. So happy we found Casa Laguna, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you all so much for making our stay awesome!

The property is beautiful and all the staff are so helpful. From the moment you walk through the doors to check-in, to enjoying the pool and the delicious menu options and complimentary breakfast-this beautiful hotel was the perfect finishing touch to our mother-daughter vacation in CA!
