拉古納海灘月牙灣飯店(Crescent Bay Inn)

This is a “no frills” motel (exterior entrances) within walking distance to the beach. Rooms have been entirely renovated and are very nice and very clean. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. You can walk into the Main beach area, or take a free trolley, it’s a very good location. The best part of our stay was the staff… Sal is one of a kind, and easily, the nicest motel manager you will ever meet! He went out of his way to meet all of our accommodations and was always asking what else he could do!! Thank you Sal!

First time here already planning next years trip. Beach towels and beach chairs supplied . The location was perfect especially liked having a small store across the street for snacks and drinks Cresent Bay Beach is gorgeous best beach in Laguna .

Very nice and helpful staff. The location is great for nice quiet beaches and catching the trolley to all parts of Laguna.

Unsafe doors and no security latches. Place smelled very badly and customer service was not good.

Terrific spot, comfortable bed, clean & quiet. Very personable manager. Looking forward to future visits!

Location is amazing- ocean view is amazing too What I didn’t like was that the manager mentioned as I checked in that the ac was out and that they were waiting for the repair person and didn’t offer any discount for inconvenience and didn’t have another room available. He basically said, “you still want the room?”, like I had another option to go somewhere else in a busy Fourth of July weekend. We were there two nights and the ac was not taken care of, so my room was musty and hot. The fan helped but didn’t give us comfort. On our last day when we wake up to check out, there’s no electricity in the section of the bathroom. I didn’t call for help because we basically were leaving at 11am but I showered with my phone light and used the daylight from the window to get ready.

The location is good but is surrounded by construction and the walkway/path to the beach was closed off. The AC unit did not work and property/rooms were falling apart. The toilet paper holder was unhinged, door and drawers were falling apartz closet was tilting and everything was chipped or cracked. The sockets were pulled out. Carpet left our feet black. We contemplated just leaving early, it was so bad. We've stayed in the past and this was very disappointing.

The walls are very tin. We could hear our neighbor arguing for over an hour at 2:00am. Also the fridge is very loud as it turns on and off.

We had a wonderful stay and my favorite beach was only a 3 minutes walk away. I will be back again. Their hospitality was wonderful.
