Hard to write a review of this property, the staff were genuinely lovely and extremely helpful, however the first night we were allocated a room to the front of the hotel, and due to noise we didn’t sleep at all. They gracefully allowed us to move when we raised the issue and the second room was much better. The rooms are a little tired. Furniture is a Laraine’s and walls need a re-paint, but they also have a lovely charm. Good location and beautiful beach. Having to pay a gratuity on the free breakfast everyday was a bit of a sting. Along with being charged the full resort fee despite the swimming pool not being operational when we stayed.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Joaquin! from the moment we arrived , the staff went over and beyond to welcome us. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the hotel was both relaxing and stylish.

A very tasteful hotel with vinyl player in the room. But it can get noisy in the morning if other guests wake up very early.

Beautiful and relaxing property with amazing staff. Pool was gorgeous and the record players in the rooms was a great touch.

The room was very small, in the alley. Nothing special. Over priced for what we got. No tv in the room. Location was not ideal for restaurants etc.

Perfect! The staff couldn’t be nicer. The breakfast and poolside snacks blew us away! Perfect getaway, can’t wait to come back.
