Guests have access to the entire home with a private entry on Pacific Coast Highway and a private two car garage and entry on Gaviota Drive. House was perfect. Not a single issue. Chairs, beach towels, skim boards and other beach stuff all in the garage which was great. Perfect spot to stay in Laguna to walk everywhere.

Amazing Stay
This property was wonderful. It couldn’t have been in a better location for wanting the downtown vibe of Laguna. We could walk everywhere. The house is also so close to the beach. We would do a morning plunge everyday that was one of the best parts of the trip.
The house was absolutely lovely as well. It was comfortable, well stocked, and very well maintained. The views and the comfort really took this place to the next level. Communication with the host was easy and helpful as well.

Beautiful beach house, more of a party house
Pros: This house is beautiful and has a great setup for a group of friends. It is very close to downtown laguna so you can walk to places and can walk to the beach.
Cons: It is really loud at night. Motorcycles driving down s coast hwy late into the night. Lots of people partying late at night, it was too loud for the kids to sleep. Also, the place is not very clean. Albeit you are close to the beach but the floors were sticky and the kitchen was also not the cleanest, I don’t think they mop the floor. I had to clean the floors in a certain area when I arrived and the drapes looking out to the ocean view were not functioning. I expected more for a place on this level.
However, the host was great and very communicative but I had to take away a star for the cleanliness and noise.

Lovely property and wonderful host
The house is just as it represented, no surprises. The views are amazing, the furnishings are in good condition and quite comfortable, the house is well equipped, and the location is very convenient. Communication with the host was prompt and she was very accommodating. We only used the master suite and the bed in there was very comfortable. Do keep in mind that the house is on 3 levels and there are 2 flights of stairs. If you have mobility issues that might be challenging. There is an entry at the ground level from the garage and at the top level from the street. The bedrooms are on the middle level, so you cannot avoid stairs to access the bedrooms. That was not an issue for us, but it might be an important factor for others. We would not hesitate to recommend renting this home, and would be happy to rent it again if we are in the area.
