The room service is very okay, thier food is nice and does not delay.

Convenable sans plus. Service trop lent. Petit déjeuner décevant absence de café, juste Nespresso et au bout de 2jours plus de beurre meme a la demande

I ordered food but they refused to serve me water … what kind of stupid person does that. I’d advise you go with your water to the restaurant whenever you want to eat. The food is tasteless too. Also hold 20 naira to bribe the woman at the restaurant … she’s a low life

This is a well furnished, comfortable hotel and it’s my second time staying here. However I doubt I’ll return again. This is because there is now a music kiosk in front of the hotel that insists on blasting music so loud it’s impossible to sleep. It’s that bad. The hotel management have refused to do anything about it or report it. The noise comes right through the closed windows. Sadly this will cost this wonderful hotel a lot repeat business. No customer is going to come back to suffer this noise oppression. The noise has definitely robbed it of a five star rating.

This was an absolutely horrible place to stay. The staff at the reception was absolutely awful and rude beyond belief. Entirely unpleasant and needlessly confrontational. The room had a stale musky smell and the sheets were stained in various places. The bathroom was generally poorly maintained but was at least marginally clean. The check out process was less dramatic but still disorganised and completely unprofessional. The hotel seemed to resent the fact that the booking was made via *******.

The staff were very friendly, professional and efficient. Pleasantly surprised and would stay there again

Our stay was great, food and environment are great, and staff very helpful and friendly. I will recommend this facility.

The hotel is very good, except the bathroom, after taking shower, water allover the floor, his a mess?

For the price what can u expect. The room was ok but dated and need tlc. Pool closed early. Service was decent but a lot of the credit card machines did not work properly
