The room service is very okay, thier food is nice and does not delay.

Convenable sans plus. Service trop lent. Petit déjeuner décevant absence de café, juste Nespresso et au bout de 2jours plus de beurre meme a la demande

I booked a superior room from the U.S online, i was given a standard room when i got to Nigeria. When asked, i was told ********** did not pay for the superior room. In the standard room, cleaniness was zero. Met a beer bottle and used milk cartoon in fridge. I just did not feel comfortable with all the service that i checked out 2hours after i checked in. My money was not returned. Indeed, it was a terrible service.

I arrived at the hotel the air conditioning didn't work repairman didnt get it working until 1:00a.m. complained 3 consecutive times before the issue was resolved I checked out the morning of the fifth at 12:p.m. the manager told to email ******* for a refund for the 5th

I ordered food but they refused to serve me water … what kind of stupid person does that. I’d advise you go with your water to the restaurant whenever you want to eat. The food is tasteless too. Also hold 20 naira to bribe the woman at the restaurant … she’s a low life

Disaster From all menue there is only 20 % or less available. Majotity of the things listed next to the room either do not exist or are not in function.

Bathroom light was out for about 3 days, flooded shower floor, and the management are very rude!

The staff was nice and helpful. Our only complaint was the Wi-Fi. For some days it wasn’t working. I appreciate the ones who cared for us.

I booked this room arrived at 4pm to check in they took about 2hrs for room to be ready, I booked superior room and it was far from it. The room had mold on the walls the floor was still wet from them mopping I guess. The bed was hard as the floor
