Please be careful with what kind of accommodation you book, I made the mistake of booking a “twin room” for my elderly parents, it was the most basic of rooms and the only outside space was a tiny triangle of patio at the front of the flat (see pics) my parents had to ask for seats so they could sit out there. Again this is my fault NOT the hotel but I thought I needed to add this in for people who might be thinking of booking the budget room. Cons - The restaurant - if you want to eat at the restaurant you won’t be able to see what’s available on the menu until you have been seated, which can lead to embarrassment if like myself you're allergic to onions and everything on the menu seemed to contain onion so I had to get up in front of everyone and explain to the staff why I was leaving! I asked if there was an alternative which there was but was told if I wanted this I had to pay, having already paid for half board accommodation I found this to be very unfair as it’s an allergy not a choice.! I would suggest that in future to save any embarrassment you would put up the evenings menu where people can make a choice before entering the restaurant. The room itself was very basic no kettle meaning no options to make yourself a drink when wanted. The shower screen was leaking, had someone come out to fix this twice but it was still leaking and so had to keep putting towels on floor. No shuttle bus from hotel to town/beach as advertised on their website. Apparently it finished at the end of their season which isn’t what it said when I booked the holiday and the hotel was fully booked so really can’t understand why it wasn’t running. As other people have stated in these comments the pool chairs were filthy there were some really awful ones full of black stuff!! Pros- A choice of 2 swimming pools, the complex as a whole was very nice like a little village. The reception staff were very helpful and polite.

酒店位於市中心的一條非常安靜的街道上。 簡單但非常實用。 早餐在您的房間供應（covid 原因） 良好的床上用品和無線網絡運行良好。 一個小陽台裝飾了整體。 訪問拉各斯的好地址。 不過要小心，不能停車。街道起點衹有2個行李寄存處（距離酒店30m） 街上有幾個空閑的地方……但是，太空了，滿了 在距離酒店 600m 的運河沿岸的大道上停車，費用為 12 歐元/天。

除了房間不夠大外基本是可以接受的!算是挺滿意的入住感!主要是乾淨,温馨,設施也是較現代的!

度假村不錯。但是工作人員不夠,度假村的安全也挺鬆散的。每個人都可以進入度假村,沒有人會檢查。

這個酒店位置有些偏，不建議住，可以住在拉各斯的西邊地區，那邊比較繁華，夜裡開車去的 導航帶的非常偏的路 我們一家人開車都慎的慌，但是酒店本身沒有問題 挺好的，開車5分鐘就到大超市和碼頭餐廳區，衹不過這邊沒有太開發 所以顯得很偏

We’ve just returned from a week at Tivoli, Alvor, the weather has been amazing, we didn’t see a cloud all week, unfortunately the hotel really didn’t meet our expectations. There are so many areas across the hotel that could be improved, that really would have changed our experience. Firstly the pool areas, there aren’t enough sunbeds for guests. The sunbeds they do have are all pushed together, with no space between you and the next family. Getting a sunbed was also another issue, people were out reserving sunbeds first thing and we saw towels out all day without anyone return. Due to the number of guests in the hotel, on occasions towels had ran out by early afternoon. It’s not something we really expected from a 5* hotel. It’s been mentioned in other reviews, but expect to queue, I understand it’s August, but there clearly weren’t enough staff to cope with the number of guests. We queued for drinks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, booking restaurants, the BBQ…the list goes on. They often ran out of cutlery, glasses and plates. We did really feel for the staff, who were obviously under pressure, but I would say while we came across some lovely friendly staff members, we also encountered lots of staff who were unhelpful and quite rude. The food was average, pretty hit and miss, it did get quite repetitive. The Mexican night was our favourite, but only one chef serving the amount of guests, We did really love the train to Alvor and the beach was amazing. The room was cleaned daily, but was quite small for the 4 of us. For the price we paid for the holiday, we were really disappointed.

From engaging activities for children to family-friendly dining options, every aspect of our stay was tailored to our needs. The hotel even offered serene spaces for parents to relax while keeping an eye on their little ones, striking the perfect balance between tranquility and family-friendly amenities. Furthermore, the attentive and friendly staff added to the overall sense of relaxation. They were always on hand to offer assistance or provide recommendations, and their warm and genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests. Beyond the hotel itself, the surrounding area offered plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and exploration. We took advantage of the hotel's proximity to nature, embarking on leisurely walks and hikes that allowed us to connect with the peaceful surroundings. It was the ideal way to escape the hustle and bustle of the work world and reconnect with nature.

Super disrespectful experience! I had been in the hotel many times but it never happened something like this: When I arrived from late night work shift, I went to the bar from the hotel for a drink with my colleagues which were already there. The waitress really kind said I couldn't that it was closed. After that I greet my colleagues and grab the keys of my room. Suddenly, a 1.65m tall approx. with glasses and beard which who likes to be called manager, comes to me and in a really rude way says: You cannot take a drink and you have to leave! My reaction was: ”Excuse me sir, I'm not going to speak out as rudely as you, I remind you I am a costumer. I asked what was the problem and he didn't reduce his voice tone. I left as asked but as a costumer I tried to tell him that this was not a way to treat people and specially not customers. He literally said I don't care, I have experience in this world, he even told me so I was rude with you eh? (In an ironic way) Conclusion: As a rational human being, as I saw that he would never understand, I thought that it was worth to let a review in Trip Advisor!
