Excellent séjour dans ce superbe hôtel. Suite prime 1 de rêve avec jacuzzi et vue hors du commun. Dîner délicieux : en particulier le thon cuit à la perfection ! Petit bémol : lenteur du petit déjeuner un matin sur la totalité du séjour mais c’est vraiment pour trouver un détail car le tout vaut 5 étoiles sans hésitation !

Nous avons adoré, le personnel plus que top. La chambre spacieuse avec une vue a couper le soufle!. Nous vous recommandons lhotel et le restaurant de lhotel. Merci en spécial a Sonia que nous a toujours recu avec un super accueil dans le restaurant.

Super hôtel, personnel très sympa et disponible. Emplacement idéal sur l'île pour se déplacer et visiter. La vue sur l'océan est magnifique.

Unbelievable! Nothing short of perfect. From the view to the property amenities and the food was incredible.

Great location, wonderful breakfast and superhelpful staff. We traveled with our 22 month old for 9 days and we were treated very well and most importantly the staff took care of our daughter's needs and were very patient. We stayed in the VIP Villa above the reception and had an incredible view and room for 3 nights and then spent 6 nights in the Family Villa which was so spacious and comfortable for us and my parents who joined us. We had some issues with our room but the staff took care of them immediately and ensured we were happy through the whole stay. I highly recommend staying here!

This is a stunning property in the beautiful location overlooking the water. It is about 15 minutes outside of Ponta Delgada in Lagoa. The sweets are beautiful and I especially liked the private pool with my suite. The breakfast included your stay is wonderful, and they do offer a dinner service for an additional fee. The staff are wonderfully friendly, and I have no hesitation and staying there again. You will not regret staying at this location. It is walking distance into beautiful Lagoa.
