維托裡亞住宿加早餐旅館(Relais Villa Vittoria)

Si le village de Laglio est tout petit et on ne saisit pas tout de suite où se garer (un endroit précis situé à une vingtaine de mètres vous sera gentiment recommandé à l'accueil), nous avons été totalement charmés dès l'entrée par ce petit hôtel pépite : - le personnel y est extrêmement souriant et chaleureux, tout en sachant se montrer discret et efficace, de l'accueil au service, en passant par les cuisiniers ou personnel de ménage. L'ensemble de cette équipe participe grandement à l'âme de cette superbe maison - de nombreuses attentions sont portées aux détails : jeux disponibles dans le salon commun, accessoires de qualité joliment présentés en chambre, ... - la chambre que nous avions (#1: Camera Matrimoniale con Vista Lago) était d'un charme et romantisme fou, avec son balcon donnant sur le lac. Le sol en carrelage réverbérant vite le bruit du pallier, nous avons juste fermé celle du sas pour nous préserver et le sujet était réglé - le restaurant y propose une cuisine savoureuse et une vue charmante sur le lac. Ses espaces regorgent de petits recoins absolument charmants - la propreté est prise au sérieux et tout est impeccable - un ponton permet d'embarquer directement sur un bateau pour le tour du lac En synthèse : un hôtel idéal pour un séjour en amoureux, si vous souhaitez profiter de la partie apaisante du lac pour vous ressourcer Des balades le long du lac sont tout à fait possibles à pied ou vélo pour explorer les alentours. Une voiture est essentielle si vous souhaitez rejoindre Bellagio (à moins de vous y faire déposer en bateau).

Ha sido mi primera vez viajando sola y primera vez visitando Laglio. Sumamente agradecida con la hospitalidad y seguridad que todo el equipo de Relais Villa Vittoria me han ofrecido durante mi estadía . La elegancia con la que manejan todo, es mágica. Desde el encantador aroma que caracteriza cada espacio del hotel, la simpatía del equipo y su trato personalizado, me hacian sentir especial y en familia. Dentro mi estadia, tuve la oportunidad de aprender hacer Pasta y Tiramisú con el chef del hotel (recomiendo esta experiencia a todos). En las noches cenar en su restaurante Luci del Laggo (Riquísimo), con una vista preciosa del lago y un servicio majestuoso. Mis saludos a Claudio! Soy aficionada de la arquitectura, es por tál razón que me encantaba perderme por el hotel y explorar cada uno de sus espacios. He pasado una estadía inolvidable. Recomiendo el hotel si deseas desconectar de tu día a día y sumergirte en la elegancia, privacidad y romanticísmo que te ofrece el hotel en el vecindario de Laglio en Lake Como. I am extremely grateful for the hospitality and security that the entire Relais Villa Vittoria team has offered me during my stay. The elegance with which they handle everything is magical. From the enchanting aroma that characterizes each space of the hotel, the friendliness of the team and their tailored customer service, they made me feel special and like family. Within my stay, I had the opportunity to learn how to make Pasta and Tiramisu with the hotel chef (I recommend this experience to everyone). In the evenings had dinner at the Le Lucci del Laggo restaurant (delicious), with a beautiful view of the lake. I am passionate for architecture, which is why I loved to get lost in the hotel and explore each of its spaces. I had an unforgettable stay. I recommend the hotel if you want to disconnect from your day-to-day life and immerse yourself in the elegance, privacy and romance offered by the hotel in the romantic Laglio neighborhood in Lake Como. Mia moglie ed io decidiamo di trascorrere il we post San Valentino nel bellissimo contesto del lago di Como ed il Relais Villa Vittoria è stata una scelta perfetta. Bellissima la mansarda con vista lago, ottima la colazione, superlativa la cena. Nella seconda serata del nostro we coinvolgiamo anche figlio e fidanzata ed organizziamo una cena romantica a quattro nel Prive’ dell’albergo. Cena, vino e servizio (coccolati da Capo) semplicemente perfetti! Torneremo sicuramente

Staffs are untrained and unkind. The owner is disrespectful and rude. They ignore customer’s request. Not 4 stars hotel. So disappointed and wasted my money. Worst service in my life! DO NOT recommend to anyone.

La villa est remplie de charme, dispose d’une superbe vue directement sur le lac. Le personnel est attentionné. Le petit déjeuner dans la véranda nous fait apprécier le site. Il y a une belle ruelle qui borde la lac. Il n’y a que la qualité du matelas qui nous a déçu

Het hotel is prachtig gelegen maar moet echt vernieuwd worden. Het hout en schilderwerk is echt verrot op sommige plekken. En alles is oud(er).. het bed is ook echt aan vervanging toe. Prijs-kwaliteit klopt helaas niet (meer). Het restaurant heeft ook een schitterend uitzicht met prima eten, maar overpriced voor wat je krijgt. De bediening laat ook echt te wensen over daar. Behalve tijdens het ontbijt, deze dame rende de benen onder haar lijf en was erg vriendelijk.

We had wonderful 4 night stay in a spacious well appointed room with exquisite views. The staff were always friendly, and very helpful with our numerous enquiries. Breakfast was plentiful and dinner well presented and delicious. While linen was fresh and clean I would advise improving the quality of the linen and duvets and provide a warm extra blanket, even in spring. And the towels which while perfectly clean, are very thin. Good thick cotton towels are a must. Despite these criticisms we would highly recommend this gorgeous hotel. Thank you everyone

My husband and I travel a lot and I have never felt a need to write a review for anything because we have always been happy with our choices based on thorough investigation of hotels before we travel. We like Mr and Mrs Smith, Telegraph and Small luxury hotels reviews a lot. Villa Vittoria at Lake Como has made me feel like I have to offer a fellow small luxury traveler that expects value for money a warning. Room was ok and what we had booked. However, service throughout the hotel… reception, bar service and restaurant were less than zero. The music played throughout the hotel, outside terrace areas and even the restaurant was loud and obnoxious and we asked many times for them to turn it down and they would not. The 80’s discotheque music at their expensive lakeside restaurant was too much for us. The loud music ruined what should have been our last night of a fabulous two week vacation in Northern Italy and the Dolomites. Worst part was they didn’t care when we brought it to their attention. Very disappointed. We also had an early flight from Malpensa the next day and had to leave 7:30 and breakfast was not available until 8:30. Do not recommend this hotel if you want a quality experience. Perhaps we were unlucky…but I hate being disappointed when I am the customer and the staff doesn’t care. One should also consider access and parking facilities of this hotel if driving. Very cumbersome.

We stayed here three nights which was a good amount to see the area and visit the nearby villages .The rooms were wonderful , a generous size and clean . Freshly Decorated keeping the tradition of the villa . The breakfast was adequate but the service was lovely and we had delicious coffee every morning . We had a wonderful lake view from the room which was magical to wake upto . I would stay here again but please note the spa use comes at an extra cost of 20 euros per person .
