Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Vila Bisera in Ohrid. Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir sehr herzlich vom außerordentlich freundlichen Personal empfangen, das uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts mit ihrer Hilfsbereitschaft begeistert hat. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – frisch, abwechslungsreich und liebevoll angerichtet, ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Unsere Zimmer waren praktisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber und boten eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den See, die jeden Morgen und Abend zu etwas Besonderem machte. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die begrenzte Abstellfläche, da in den Zimmern keine Schränke vorhanden sind, was bei längeren Aufenthalten etwas unpraktisch sein kann. Außerdem war das Internet leider sehr schwach und teilweise kaum nutzbar. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die ausreichend vorhandenen Parkplätze, die die Anreise mit dem Auto unkompliziert machen. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Ort, den wir trotz kleinerer Mängel sehr empfehlen können – vor allem wegen des großartigen Personals, des leckeren Frühstücks und der tollen Seelage.

Ottima struttura a pochi passi dal lago di Ohrid e circa 9 km dalla città. Piscine bellissime e solarium con vista lago davvero suggestivo. Colazione eccellente per qualità, varietà e servizio (un plauso speciale alla ragazza del breakfast, gentile e disponibile). La camera assegnata al piano stradale purtroppo non offriva privacy: parcheggi su tutti i lati, odore di umidità e bagno con pareti di vetro poco funzionale. La direttrice si è mostrata molto disponibile proponendoci un cambio camera per una sola delle due notti, inizialmente il giorno successivo, cambiando poi nello stesso giorno con ritorno alla camera iniziale il giorno dopo, sinceramente abbiamo rifiutato per stanchezza del viaggio. Consiglierei di destinare quello spazio ad altro uso (reception, guest relation, tour) e di fare più chiarezza nelle foto online e in quelle che accompagnano la prenotazione. Nonostante ciò, esperienza positiva e struttura consigliata, ma attenzione alla scelta della camera in sede di prenotazione!

Butik bir aile oteli. Dar sokaklardan geçilerek ulaşılıyor. Ama değerdi. Otoparkı var. 3 adet havuzu var ki bu ***et yeterli. Göle girmedigim için yorum yazamayacağım bu konuda. Kahvaltısı ***et yeterli lezzetli seçimler. Servis çalışanları güler yüzlü arkadaşça. Biz ord bir göl üzerinde katamaran turu ile keşfetmek istedik çok da iyi oldu tavsiye ederiz. Katamaran Turu’nu otelden ayarlayabiliyorlar. Odalar temizdi odamızın manzarası iyiydi genel olarak memnun kaldık tavsiye ederiz.

We don’t even know where to begin—our stay at Vila Bisera was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The views from our room looked like something straight out of a movie—absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. We’ve been travelling around Europe for a month, and nowhere else came close to the level of customer service we received here. Enis went above and beyond—he sat down with us, asked what we wanted to experience in Ohrid, and personally helped us plan our days. He organised tours, transport, and made sure everything was seamless. Vila Bisera isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience. The hospitality, the views, the comfort—it all came together to make this the highlight of our trip. We’re already planning our return!

Great hotel. We booked an expensive room which had a spa bath on the balcony but it was worth it. The views are amazing, the room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and I’d definitely return. It’s about a 15 min drive in to Ohrid but you can get the bus from near the hotel. We went in October and the area the hotel is in was quiet but ohrid itself was busy.

We were very pleased with Vila Biseradan, where we came for vacation. Everyone is friendly and trying to help. First of all, there is a great variety of breakfasts. You don't even have time to eat them all. Igor is with you every minute, whenever you want. Before we decided to enter the hotel, Irına at the reception helped us a lot and took us to the room early. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. So are the pools. In short, if you want to spend a good time, you should definitely visit Vila Bisera.
