Good Hotel for stay & limit spread of quality food. But worst part if there is any change in your plan or cancellation the booking experience is worst with booking team. After several followup upon 50 days they have sent a document of transfer, but amount wasn't credited. also there is some online charges have been deducted which was never informed, which they accepted and mentioned they can't pay back. i have cancelled the booking on the same day and again booked for another day.

I stayed there with my family in May 2025, the hotel location is near Teesta river and it is one of the best properties in Lachung. The hotel rooms are spacious and the food was also delicious and homely. The staff was friendly and polite and responded to our every queries and requests. The property has generator which helped in addressing the electricity blackout issue in Lachung. It has a good spacious common area on each floor where we can relax and engage with fellow travellers.

Hotel standard is not according to the description given. veg food, no TV, small room and improper location.

Hotel has listed all the amenities like room heater, electric blanket and good room but we didn't get anything. We travel-led with our 70 years old parents and booked this hotel after checking it's amenities and paid huge price for that but we didn't get anything. There wasn't any room heater and room was dirty and disgusting. Instead we could have stayed in some homestay with less money paid they would have given same amenities. Even the location is not good. Everywhere surrounding was dirty. Even the tv was not working

My suggestion to property is that please install fan in room. Sometime in night we get uncomfortable because of insects n mosquito. Fan can be very helpful. Many ppl need fan sound to sleep better.

No heater or warmers in the room. The housekeeping is very shabby. Food is ok but limited in variety. Staff is courteous and helpful.
