我們最近於 03/09 至 10/09 住在拉羅謝爾由 Jacky B 主持的 Les Muguets。飯店佈置傳統，乾淨且維護良好，地理位置優越，方便前往拉羅謝爾（La Rochelle）市中心。儘管因為航班延誤而遲到，傑基還是到機場來接我們，他還好心地提出在我們住宿結束時帶我們回去。雖然我們的財產附屬於業主，但我們獲得了花園的經營權，並被鼓勵幫助自己種植西紅柿等。附近有當地商店、麵包店、肉店、咖啡館和小超市，鎮中心有餐館，老港口和海灘距離酒店僅10 分鐘步行路程。我們在這裡度過了美好的一周，並會推薦給任何人住在這裡，但照片並不能反映它的真實性。

很遺,因爲我被拒絕了現金,甚至把這些錢掉了, 早餐和停車場。在此方面,最重要的是,這是該小組的第一個機構,一直拒絕了我,我一直以流動方式解決,甚至連兩週都沒有問題,一直有安排。此外,還需要重新審視室內的空調,空調不正常,比所需的溫度要多。

bon rapport qualité / prix , . lit confortable , service tres poli et souriant , petit dej correct & varié, pas trop cher . la chambre est tres basique mais fait le job . la tv avec netflix c’est pas mal ! le petit moins à mon gout , le prix du parking 12€ ça pique un peu . cet hôtel est un bon hotel de passage

Trés bel hôtel , face à la plage de Chatelaillon ! Nous y avons apprécié la qualité de l'accueil, l'emplacement exceptionnel de l'hôtel. Le restaurant est tout aussi exceptionnel pour sa vue, son service attentionné et ses menus gastronomiques proposés: originalité et saveur des plats. Adresse à retenir !!!

Cet hôtel est calme, situé à proximité de La Rochelle. Il propose un parking et un parc arboré. La chambre prestige est spacieuse et correctement équipée. Contrairement aux commentaires d'autres voyageurs, il n'y avait aucun problème de propreté. Les seuls bémols : la chambre mériterait un grand miroir dans la partie salon, un lit king size et un carrelage moins vieillot. Le personnel est sympathique et efficace. Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais pas exceptionnel.

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel with my 21 year old daughter in the first week in July. It's in a great position, down a beautiful street & a short walk to all the bustling restaurants along the port. The lady at check in was really lovely, friendly & informative (& again when we came back one night wanting a hot drink to take up to bed with us she helped us with this). The rooms were clean & the beds comfortable (I'm a bit fussy when it comes to what I sleep on but I had a great night sleep). We stayed midweek and didn't experience any issues with noise outside. The walls are a little thin and on rare occasions could hear next door but this didn't bother us at all & what this place offered overall more than made up for it. The shower cubicle was small so wouldn't suit everyone. I've been to La Rochelle many times and stayed at various hotels each time depending on who I'm traveling with (as a couple or large group). This place ticked all of the boxes and we weren't disappointed. On another note: I usually take a taxi from the airport but the queue was horrendous and after half an hour we decided to jump on the bus (it was Illico 1b) and it took us only a couple of minutes walk to the hotel from the Dames Blanches/St Nicholas bus stop....for under 2 euros each...so I'd do this again just to save taxi time, regardless of cost. Recommend this hotel....and of course beautiful La Rochelle. Ps. there's a lovely, buzzy restaurant opposite too with yummy food...it was packed so we had to take ourselves off to a nearby bar to have a drink & wait...worth it though as restaurant had great atmosphere. Enjoy!

I struggle to recognise this as a 5 star establishment. Pleasant enough and in a good location, with friendly staff ready to assist. Sadly the systems and facilities let down the hotel. We stayed 4 nights. The hotel restaurant was fully booked on the first night (we were not warned are advised to book in advance despite contacting the hotel prior to arrival) and it was closed on our second and third nights. We were disinclined to book on our last night. The hotel allows dogs. Fine providing owners do not leave them in the room whilst at breakfast, allowing them to bark constantly and waken neighbours. Breakfast was average and let down by slow replacement of items. The moderately warm but congealed bacon and scrambled egg were not attractive. On the other hand, the kitchen produced two excellent omelettes. Leisure facilities were not used. The steam room and sauna were available but shower facilities were out of action during our stay. Who wants to sit around the leisure area in a sweaty state? The pool was poor and afforded nil privacy. A good, if rather expensive cocktail bar, staffed by a man who knows what he is doing. A good, but again, expensive car parking service. There are no sensible options in this part of town.

We arrived in the dark, wind and rain. However, the lady from reception and valet came outside to greet us, which we appreciated. Very good car parking. The hotel is a lovely building on a street with nice shops and cafes. The hotel bar and lounge area is very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and there was a fire burning, creating a lovely atmosphere. Our bedroom was large, the bed and pillows comfortable and the shower was great. I was very impressed by La Rochelle and would love to visit in summer. Very friendly and helpful staff. We did not eat in the restaurant but it looked good. Thankyou
