The backyard is a tranquil oasis w/seating and a private yard w/ pool (no hot tub). Note: the pool is not heated.The home is very close to Old Town La Quinta, hiking, and parks with pickle ball and tennis.Our full kitchen contains pots and pans, a regular coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, microwave, oven, dish washer, and a refrigerator and freezer (note: fridge/freezer do not make water or ice but we have ice trays!) The kitchen table seats two and we have a large outdoor couch as well to enjoy dinner by the pool under the desert stars.The home has AC as well as a mini split in the living room and the master bedroom to keep you cool inside during the summer months in the desert. We also have heating for the cooler winter months.The living room and one guest bedroom have a TV with Roku, and the master bedroom TV is a smart TV!
