Kitchen fully stocked, featuring granite countertops, gas range, large refrigerator, and seating area. Gated interior patio boasts large gas grill, dining for 6 and outdoor sectional.
Rear patio has 4 top dining and 2 chaise lounges. Gas fireplace,WIFI,cable, garage parking included. Pets allowed.About pets:Pets allowed: limit 2 total.Refundable pet deposit required.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please no parking in front of mailboxes. Big Horn Sheep are amazing on your front and back patios!!!
This is a very comfortable townhouse for a couple. We stayed for two months. There were a few minor problems that I left a note for the owner to have repaired. Nothing major. It's a bit far out from El Paseo and good restaurants.
