The 2082 sq. ft. townhouse has the largest floor plan in the Legacy Villas. There is a secluded saltwater pool and spa just steps away. On the main level, you will find two ensuite bedrooms. The first suite has a king size bed, fireplace and French doors leading to an extended back patio. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms have dual vanity sinks, separate soaking tubs, walk-in showers and doored water closets. On the upstairs level of the townhouse is another spacious private suite with a king bed. It also has dual vanity sinks, a separate soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms have hairdryers, basic toiletries, and new towels. The townhouse has high ceilings with ceiling fans, tile/wood flooring throughout, granite countertops, washer and dryer, and Wi-fi internet.
