Beautiful single-family house "L'Oiseau Bleu", 2 storeys. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 100 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: well-kept garden (fenced). Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 150 m, bakery 2 km, 25 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Plage de Joalland" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, minigolf 6 km. Nearby attractions: Spiruline et Algues de Retz 1 km, Biscuiterie Saint Michel 7 km, Port de Pornic 11 km, Saint Brevin les Pins 15 km, La Baule 42 km, Ile de Noirmoutier 69 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Viaud 26 km. "L'Oiseau Bleu", 4-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels, south-east facing position.
