拉巴斯鄰近Culturas y de la Madre Tierra Park的飯店

We stayed here for 25 nights while we were sightseeing and doing some fundraising work for several orphanages. I love the location of the hotel, the fact that so many restaurants and shops are so close by. You can get all your souvenir shopping done within a couple of blocks of the hotel! My room wasn’t fancy but the room rate was incredibly reasonable and it had everything I needed. I had the most spectacular view over La Paz…. I never got tired of looking out the window! This hotel is family run and it didn’t take long to feel like very valued guests. Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was more than adequate and the coffee was good. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have bath mats in the bathrooms and maybe some signs to remind guests to try to be quiet late at night. (The behaviour of guests definitely is not the fault of the hotel but some people are inconsiderate!) Overall we were totally content with our stay and we will definitely be choosing to stay at Hotel Sagarnaga when we return to La Paz next year. We miss the hotel and staff already, and would definitely recommend this hotel to someone who wanted somewhere clean, safe and welcoming to stay!

They let me in at 5am to wait inside even though check in wasn’t till 3pm and the best bit was they had a room ready for me by 8am. 4bed room is spacious, the beds are comfy and come with duvets with good sized lockers and space under the beds to store large bags without having to lock them away. Toilets and showers are separate to the rooms which I like as they are always clean and available. Nice vibes in the bar - loved the pool table and also not too loud to keep you awake.

Rooftop Bolivia is a great place to start exploring the city, nice people at the desk and the building is quite impressive from the inside, charming furniture with a touch of modern elements...totally recommendable. They offer a good breakfast and several dishes for lunch and dinner. Come here and find out😉

Shower was hot, bathroom clean and beds were reasonably good. I just loved all the art that decorated the walls!!! It looked amazing!! It was super handy to have access to a kitchen although it lacked any tea towels. It was mostly really quiet. The staff were pretty helpful and let us store our bags for 5 days for free whilst we did an Amazon jungle trek. I can recommend this place.

雖然位置偏心,但整體外觀不是最棒的!一晚過時的基本房可能2。早餐菜單非常有限,很多東西看起來一點也不新鮮!附近街道看上去挺嚇人的,特別是晚上,有種不安全的感覺...只是我的印象好像有人要無緣無故跳下去...在去烏尤尼之前住了2晚,最後退房的時候,前台工作人員用一種責難的語氣問我是不是吃過迷你吧的東西,我沒有吃,但是他們堅持好像我講的不是事實,前台的人去了毛巾量多,而且“很奇怪”他們本來應該只留下一個!這再一次以一種責難的語氣完成,讓我在考慮打開我的行李以便他們登記時沒有偷他們!雖然我預訂了另外2晚,但從烏尤尼回來後,我決定取消,甚至因爲這樣做而損失了錢,並找到一個“更好的”住宿!我只是覺得被那樣指責很不自在,沒有人可以依靠!總體來說是糟糕的經歷!

真的很樂於助人的員工,英語溝通得很好。位置很棒,鑑於酒店收取的適度價格,房間超出預期。早餐足夠,而不是膨脹。這適合我,因爲我去旅遊,幾乎沒有時間吃一頓豐盛的早餐。 絕對是一家酒店,可以滿足您作爲旅行者的需求,而無需高額的價格標籤。中心位置很方便,允許您的團體進行短途旅行

第一天晚上,我在一個4牀宿舍裏,凌晨4點被接待員和一名保安吵醒。他們把我從牀上弄下來,讓我出示房間鑰匙和客人卡,顯然在他們系統中,房間應該是空的。嗯,我在正確的房間,我被從牀上拿下來,沒有任何需要,顯然前台接待員在307房間登記了我,給了我407的鑰匙,這很不愉快,之後我睡得很糟糕。我想知道爲什麼他們不能等到後來才解決這件事。所以我去接待處談判了某種補償,因爲他們給我帶來了不愉快的情況,我建議提供免費早餐(費用約U$4.50)。但他們基本上回答說他們不在乎情況,我可以在我想的任何地方抱怨。塞利納不是一個便宜的旅舍,所以預計你至少會得到很好的待遇,事實並非如此。在發生這種情況之前,我很容易給它五顆星,因爲它舒適,安全,乾淨。但他們對待我的方式不公平,他們對待我就像我做錯了什麼,實際上這是他們的錯誤。第二晚包間聞到香菸味,我也讓前台知道但什麼也沒做,門口有一些前一位客人的菜,他們在那裏呆到我退房,兩個晚上都很吵。退房時,我不得不要求退還他們在辦理入住時收取的35bs鑰匙押金,但他們說沒有在系統上註冊(再次是另一個“系統”錯誤),所以我不得不堅持我支付了,非常不舒服的情況再次。似乎塞利納拉巴斯需要改進管理,整個情況肯定會讓我三思而後行,再住另一個塞利納。
