達里奧飯店

Très bel hôtel, au cœur de Granada. L’accueil du personnel de la réception est exceptionnel de gentillesse et de sympathie. Un cocktail de bienvenue très bien confectionné nous a été servi. L’hôtel est magnifique avec ses patios intérieurs, fontaines, œuvres d’art, etc. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et silencieuse. Le petit déjeuner, autour du patio intérieur, a été un moment divin (bon café, aliments de très bonne qualité)! Le personnel est aux petits soins! Une adresse à retenir!

Hotel Dario Mansion Colonial en el centro de Granada A 5 minutos de la catedral y en plena calle La Calzada, peatonal.  La atención ha sido exquisita desde el principio, nos brindaron con un cockteil de bienvenida (piña colada bonísima hecha por Ramón) y unos bocadillos de pollo vegetal con patatas chips riquísimos! La decoración es excelente. Con mucho gusto combinan el estilo colonial con el modernismo, creando un ambiente de Paz en todo el hotel. Sobretodo los patios, llaman al recogimiento y a la lectura. La habitación tenía 2 camas king size, muy confortables, aire acondicionado y ventilador. El baño estaba totalmente equipado y limpio. Ha sido una estandia corta pero intensa! Seguro regresaremos! Eduardo, el chico que está en el turno de la noche es super trabajador y muy competente! Él nos preparó un desayuno delicioso a pesar de que eran las 3 de la madrugada, debido a que teníamos que agarrar el Tica bus desde Managua a Tegucigalpa. Muchas gracias Eduardo! y a todo el personal en general! También a las cocineras y a una chica que no le pregunté el nombre, que estaba en el turno de tarde. Mil gracias a todos por esta experiencia. Repetiremos seguro!!

Our group went to the restaurant to celebrate Valentine's Day. The setting and ambience in the courtyard was excellent, everyone was happy with the set menu which in terms of cooking and creativity was enjoyed by all, however the service was poor and soured what should have been a wonderful evening. Staff were surly and rude with little or no appreciation of general etiquette (miss-pouring drinks, omitting orders, ignoring requests, clearing plates while people were eating etc). You should get what you pay for but not here ☹️

We had a pre-made, pre-paid reservation at this hotel which was, apparently, a 4 or 5-star hotel, not to mention we were to spend the new year's eve here. We had to pay extra for extra services and were to stay for 4 nights. We made a Panama-Costa Rica-Nicaragua trip and until this accommodation we weren't disappointed. When we got there the staff told us that all the good rooms we paid extra to have were given away and we had to stay in an appendix across the street... that was terrible. The next day we complained to the owner who said the rooms have been booked through online sites so he couldn't do anything for us even though we paid extra to have the best service. We were a big group, we were separated, some of us in the appendix, some in the actual hotel. We attended the new year's party and had meals there, but the rooms we got, around 20 of us, were the worst I have ever seen considering the money and reputation of this hotel. They were dirty, had bugs, were very small, no place for our luggage, no attention to details... nothing. They looked like old apartment rooms, and like no one had visited in a long time. IT WAS AWFUL. I cried when I saw the room, especially since we expected good services for the money we paid. I hope the owner learned something and won't sell twice the rooms and then offer some random appendix that was.... purely horrific.
