Uns verdadera lastima que los propietarios hayan hecho esa inversion en un lugar tan bonito con tan pesimo servicio. Absolutamente nadie dd preocupa por los huespedes y eso que eramos los unicos. Tantos empleados y absolutamente ninguna atencion a los huespedes. En especial el restaurante. Nefasta atencion

Excelente destino en un rincon algo alejado de Guadalajara, lo que lo hace muy atractivo para descansar sin sacrificar nada, calidad, servicio e instalaciones. El poblado esta algo limitado en servicios e infraestructura turistica, pero el hotel contrasta con esta situacion y se pueden disfrutar una geniales vacaciones.

The rooms and the concept of the hotel are well thought out, practical, spacious, with good energy, with warm lights, with small and significant details that make the difference between a hotel and a luxury hotel. Very good shower pressure and quality cosmetics. The common areas are absolutely flawless and beautifully thought out. Heated pool, with the ideal temperature to relax looking at the bugambilia flowers and the blue sky. The breakfast is a bit limited (a coffee/tea and a juice plus one kind of food is included) and the staff seems ready to charge for the second juice or anything extra. I think that a fair breakfast of a certain value should be included, after which the difference should be paid. Friendly staff, especially the guy at the reception, but the rest of them a bit indifferent and without much concept of customer service. The sea is beautiful and all I want is to come back. I would be interested in an intercambio, especially since the decorations on the walls are missing and I can offer that.

Searching the Maps app for Perula, I picked Hotel Boutique Casa Tilmacalli - it’s close to the beach. The hotel has a modern look from the outside. The room includes a kitchenette with fridge, large bathroom with walk in shower, sleeping area with a king bed, and private patio overlooking the pool. Everything looks new and designed. The receptionist was friendly and helpful - we asked for a table and chairs to play a game with our fellow travelers - staff delivered it promptly. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant: Texali. The hotel owner German greeted us and offered a sample of the house tequila. He suggested several dishes; the asparagus taco appetizer with mole sauce was unique! Our stay included breakfast. The room rate seemed reasonable considering the quality of our accommodations and food. If you plan a visit to Perula, treat yourself to a stay at Hotel Tilmacalli.
