納亞拉溫泉飯店 - 限成人入住

Détour incontournable Accueil et service des personnels très à l'écoute et agréables . Différents espaces dans l'hôtel pour tout type de prestations. Le service de buanderie est indispensable au vu du climat ,et très appréciable ! Les différentes attentions pour le client sont plaisantes (paniers de fruits , gâteaux du soir , coups de téléphone pour savoir si tout va bien ...)Excursions très instructives et adaptées . Environnement avec beaucoup d'activités et aussi reposant. Bémol : durant le séjour , deux défauts d'organisations ont impacté l'arrivée (navette aéroport , et petit déjeuner d'une excursion ). C'est un point que l'hôtel peut encore améliorer même si l'ensemble des prestations sont déjà excellentes . Nous recommandons cet hôtel .

Amamos nuestra estadía de principio a fin. Desde todas las amenidades y ambientación del hotel, hasta la atención de todo su personal. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa, regresaríamos sin lugar a dudas.

Terrible customer service had a last-minute emergency and asked to rebook or receive a credit in the hotel simply said no have a great day. Definitely will not be rebooking when we go back to Costa Rica. Will find another hotel.

Es un sueño de hotel. Todo perfectamente pensado. El servicio, el lugar, las amenidades 5 estrellas. Volvería sin pensarlo.

All of the staff was welcoming and willing to offer assistance at all times. There was always staff eager to point out the sloths and monkeys in the trees. They always remembered our names and what we were doing the day before and would follow up to find out how our day went. The standouts for our trip were Anthony (front desk) as well as Carlos and Christopher (our servers at breakfast). We were enjoying a soak in one of the hot springs and a sloth with a baby came down from the tree next to us about 15 feet away. It was the most incredible experience. The food was expensive, but there was the option to go into town and enjoy local restaurants, which we did a few times. It was nice to walk around downtown, even safe at night. The private plunge pool was an amazing experience, especially when it rained, which was everyday. I would love to come back again, worth every penny. Thanks to the staff, it truly was a pura vida experience.

One of the most beautiful grounds I have ever seen in a resort! Food was amazing! Beautiful pools and scenery!
