Our room had no hot or even warm water for a shower on Saturday. Explained this to front desk Saturday. Sunday we had luke warm water to shower with. With rates being over $300/night, I would think the average peraon would be a little disappointed. GM called me after I emailed them twice about this. He was passive aggressive and kept making excuses with no solutions. He then proceeded to tell me how to run the business I own and told me I dont do things correctly. Told me it was my choice to book there so it's my fault. If you double rates for busy weekends, fine, I get supply and demand, but you better be sure you can accomodate a full hotel. I would have been fine with everything (even no/cold shower) but not with the cruel GM comments I received. I know people have bad days, but his cruel words went far beyond a bad day. I really hope this man finds a job where he does not deal with the public because customers don't deserve to be scolded and belittled after spending over $700 for 2 night at your facility. No one deserves that treatment.
