Necesitábamos un hotel para hacer noche tras una llegada tardía al aeropuerto de Santo Domingo. Y todo perfecto. Check in a. Medio noche sin problema y un desayuno completo dominicano rico por la mañana. Habitaciones correctas con un aire que se dejaba regular correctamente. Recomendable

My opinion is that the hotel in general is good, there's something about the smell of humidity of the halls and the rooms that should be improved.

Great place, great people, great service and I enjoyed the experience and the atmosphere there.

Nous avons passés une nuit pour prendre un vol le lendemain pour Orlando . L’hôtel mériterait des travaux !!! Le couloir sentait la moisissure, les tapis pas propres idem pour les chambres fortes odeurs de moisissures et de poussières La clim faisait du bruit . Nous avons manger dans l’hôtel puisque autour c’est le néant , vraiment de la cuisine pire qu’une cantine d’école en France . Je reprends mes propos il ne faut pas rester prêt de l’aéroport et boca chica si vous êtes en transit

El Precio que aparece en las plataformas no incluye el 28% de impuestos adicionales que cobran, la piscina está fuera de servicio y no lo advierten en las fotos aparece, las instalaciones descuidadas. El desayuno regular. Lo único bueno es Su ubicación cercana al aeropuerto De las Américas

Nos toco hospedarnos por un tema de cancelación del vuelo. Pésima atención del personal de recepción, ya existía una molestia por lo que nos había ocurrido con el vuelo y el personal de recepción no fue receptivo para atender nuestras consultas y tratar de mejorar nuestra experiencia. El hotel se ve descuidado, un poco abandonado. No cuenta con room service. Si deseas realizar una llamada local debes bajar a recepción. Aire acondicionado muy ruidoso. No cuenta con agua potable y solo te dan una pequeña botella x habitación, La comida estaba bien, fue grato encontrar variedad de bebidas naturales para los chicos y cervezas para los adultos. A pesar del rotulo de no molestar, personal del hotel nos toco la puerta de la habitación

Lets be clear, the hotel has seen better days, you can see the carpets are worn out, some doors seemed left open, not closed on various corridors, some open spaces were not being used & were dark. The room was cleaned, A/C was good, water was good for showers & bed was good. Service was good from staff specially in the breakfast area. Breakfast was very good, plentiful & we thought much better than we expected. They cook omelettes to your liking, plenty of fruits, cheeses & Dominican Mangu, Salami & fruits. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. Pool looks good. Overall, we felt for the price & one night stay, this was a good option.

No cleaning of room during a two-day stay, after two reminders, despite reminders to the reception. Had to beg for toilet paper and emptying of trash. The phone in the room doesn't work so calling the reception was via my own phone. Nobody came to look at it until after a couple of reminders. This is not acceptable at a hotel of this purported standard and high price.

I was on a solo birding trip to the Dominican Republic. The Quality Hotel Real Santo Domingo is convenient to the airport. I had planned a birding visit to the National Botanical Gardens in the capital, so I booked two nights for the start of my trip. The taxi from the airport to the hotel was absurdly expensive; I was tired when I got to the airport, and did not want to fuss with getting an Uber, using my brand-new SIM card. I don't think the hotel has a shuttle bus, unfortunately. The restaurant at the hotel was good, and the garden is a pleasant place to while away some time. After being favorably impressed with this hotel, I booked it for the final two nights of my stay as well.

Had to stay here due to missing connecting flight, no other hotel close to airport available - 3rd floor, double room expensive, carpet in hallway smelt, air conditioning unit in room so noisy couldn’t sleep, toilet wouldn’t flush, plug in sink wouldn’t remove as connector rusted and broken off, no hot water in sink, no bar (was closed) no restaurant as such as a college baseball team staying and seemed to have a set menu only - breakfast! Don’t bother, never again hopefully

My layover in SDQ was utilized for resting. I did enjoy my room. It was clean with all the amenities. I enjoyed sleeping long hours without any interruptions. The members of Staff were pleasant and service in the restaurant was quick. The hotel is in close proximity to the SDQ airport and was ideal for my layover. Taxis were available at the behest of the front desk.
