Nearby attractions: Ruinas Greco-Romanas d'Empuries 1.2 km, Skydive Empuriabrava 23 km, Parque acuatico Aqua-Brava Roses 27 km, Casino Festival de Perelada 30 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 26 km, Pitch and Putt Gualta 18 hoyos 15 km. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der hystorischen Altstadt.Zufahrt ist extrem eng,man kann nur kurz ausladen,muss dann irgendwo ausserhalb parkieren.Die Wohnung ist an Top Lage.Direkt am Sandstrand,Bäckerei/Läden sowie Restaurants sehr nahe.Balkon meers

Spacious and ideally located apartment at the foot of the central beach of l'Escala village. But very noisy, poorly insulated, without air conditioning, with minimal equipment. No air conditioning either. Very warm sea side room.

The location is unbeatable and the treatment by the agency is also very good. The apartment stinks of sewers, needs to renew paint and decoration, one of the toilets needs urgent renovation of the taps, has no dishwasher ...

Accommodation is excellent for families and seniors. Beach just 1 minute from the ground floor apartment. There are plenty of restaurants & co. just around the corner. The beach is ideal (sand). Nearby there are ideal opportunities for snorkeling, with ri
