Located in a quiet area of the urbanization sant jordi, on a plot of 1000 m2 in a pine forest, ideal for children. the house has two floors, downstairs there is the kitchen, bathroom and dining room with fireplace, on the upper floor two bedrooms and a bathroom. there is also a terrace with barbecue and a garage. There is a communal swimming pool 1km from the house, and the beach is 4km.About pets:Pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

La casa è molto comoda,pulita e fornita. Con l'auto si può raggiungere 3 bellissime cale. Molto bella anche la pineta
