She was always available to assist us and made sure everything was taken care of, which made our experience even more enjoyable. "Second stay in one year so we do like the rooms and the location (Kanala). The breakfast is also very nice with a good selection. However breakfast preferably is taken in the room. This implies deciding the previous evening what time you want to have breakfast and what you will have. In addition the room is not equipped to have breakfast and neither is the terrace since it is very hot and does not have suitable furniture (stylish design but very uncomfortable). Alternatively breakfast on the main floor terrace, where there are nice tables and seats, is totally impossible since there is no shade whatsoever. Please Canal Suites, shade on the main floor area is a very easy solution to an uncomfortable situation. If you solve this, we will have your breakfast every day, next time round."
