The Pipers Lodge

Very clean and cute with kind and caring hosts! I really enjoyed staying here for 2 nights and would highly recommend it for a nice, clean place to stay. The hosts went above and beyond in all ways too. They were very kind. The only downside was that it was hard to find a place to eat in the town itself but the hosts even helped with that!

Cara and Neil are unbelievably kind, gracious, helpful and knowledgeable hosts. Their guesthouse is quite beautiful, located on a very quiet street. Our room was immaculate with a lovely decor and higher end toiletries. Cara went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable (e.g. ensuring we had a constant supply of cold water and offering us a reviving beverage after a long day of sightseeing in the rain). Their house has a beautiful sitting room which she encouraged us to use. The continental breakfast was very fresh, varied and beautifully presented. We are very seasoned travellers and can’t rate the Piper’s Lodge highly enough!

Wonderful one night stay. Cara and Neil were superb hosts. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was perfectly cooked. Would not hesitate to stay again. the location, just a short walk to the pub for dinner was great.

Very comfortable and tasteful rooms. Great breakfast with fresh fruits, cereal and breads. It makes a great start to the day. The owners are attentive and happy to talk to us. I would highly recommend The Pipers Lodge if you are planning to visit.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The Piper’s Lodge was easy to find and centrally located. Just a few minutes walk from the shore and major restaurants. Accommodations were very clean and super comfortable! The bathroom was also super clean and perfect. I came with my husband and kids and the hosts were super accommodating, and went beyond to deliver superior service! The breakfasts were top notch and all of their extra finishing touches were absolutely brilliant. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here!
