克瓦雷利湖飯店(Kvareli Lake Resort)

Отдыхали с супругой и сыном 5 лет. В сентябре 2023г. В целом отель выглядит достойно, и должны соответствовать своему уровню. Но именно к нам отнеслись не подобающим образом. Началось с того, что при заселении в номер увидел муравьев в районе кофейной зоны. Позвал уборщицу, она убрала из, опрыскала жидкостью и сказала, что все чисто. Далее я обратился на стойку ресепшен и объяснил ситуацию, и сошлись на том что если меня побеспокоят вновь муравьи, то мы попросим обменять номер на другой. Легли спать. В 4 утра проснулся и обнаружил в пастели штук пять Муравьев. Поднял сумку с Пола, под ней прям рой образовался. Пошел ванную комнату там тоже самое. В итоге дождался завтрака. И пошлел объяснять на ресепшен, что меня не устраивает такой «сервис». В итоге меня выслушали, но ничего не предложили, ни компенсацию, ни какого-либо адекватного извинения. Выберу ли я остановится в этом отеле еще раз? Конечно же нет. Природа вокруг, озеро, интерьер, выглядит гораздо лучше, чем обращение с гостями.

What a beautiful location of Kvareli lake resort, you will feel in heaven. Amazing views from room which you want to keep on seeing , nice climate and open air around really make me 10 years younger . Georgian delicacies at the restaurant was amazing and enjoyed thoroughly, don’t miss Red beans in clay pot with machdi bread , awesome . Spa was a bit upset as only one therapist and that to on leave that day , maybe due to no rush during my visit . Overall one of best experience and recommend to all visiting to Georgia . Additional tip is for transport cum guide if you need one of good operator I can share the details , enjoy Georgia

My recent stay at Kvareli Lake Resort was nothing short of fantastic. The resort's stunning location will sweep you off your feet. Probably the most stunning hotel we have ever been to. The view on the lake, the Caucasus mountains and the valley was simply breathtaking, especially from the big terrace. The room was really beautiful too. Elegant yet cozy interior design and a big bathroom. And of course the spacious balcony, allowing an even better view into the surrounding nature. But most of all, the staff was just outstanding. They were extremely accommodating, courteous and did everything to make us feel right at home. Over the course of our two-week stay the service was simply extraordinary and unlike any hotel we have stayed at before. We can only say that we had an absolutely amazing stay and will definitely come back! Many thanks to all the great staff that made our stay this memorable!

The hotel gives a chance to their guests to enjoy the privacy at Kvareli Lake , however, unfortunately, during our stay we couldn’t find a chance to enjoy this privilege as the hotel offer chance for different to book all the lake’s space for their activities Also, we face difficulties to communicate with staff as there English not that much good

Words can bearly do justice to this gem! We spent 3 sunny days as a family of 4 loving the golden colours of the autumn leaves surrounding the hotel in its idyllic location at the end of the lake with extraordinary 270 degrees of breathtaking views. Large comfortable rooms and spacious balconies were well thought out with excellent facilities (fridge, Nespresso machine etc..) The spa complex was functional but well equipped with a super steam room, sauna and plunge pool. An infinity pool on the roof overlooking the lake was not heated, but an invigorating dip added to the feeling of wellbeing . We also enjoyed a superb hour long massages. And the food… oh my goodness. The breakfast buffet was a work of art almost too good to eat, but it didn’t stop us! Delicious homemade yoghurt and muesli, wonderful mushrooms cooked in tarragon… and the best eggs Benedict I have ever tasted, with a perfect freshly made hollendaise. Dinner was a learning experience of tasty and freshly cooked Georgian dishes- all exceptional. After all that food were grateful of the free bikes and pedalo! All the staff, without exception, were charming and helpful We can hardly bring ourselves to leave and will be back. One note- at the time of writing (October 2023) a new building is being constructed adjacent to the current hotel. It’s testimony to the wonder of the place that the construction noise didn’t detract too much, but if you are planning a visit soon, it’s worth being aware.

On a tour and our first night in Georgia was at this absolute gem of a hotel. Our room had everything we needed including a beautiful view. We used the swimming pool, steam room and sauna which is in a building a short stroll up the road. All staff we encountered were 5star plus and the dinner was delicious, loved the baked mushrooms. Oh and the breakfast... above and beyond. Would love to have had a few more days here, it really is supurb.

I stayed here with 2 of my friends, that was the worst experience ever. Way overpriced, room was super dirty and food was mediocre, when we complained about the room they became aggressive. They are way better hotels in Georgia with great hospitality for way affordable prices. NOT RECOMMENDED
