服務很好，由於晚上的航班，酒店退房時間給到了16:00。酒店還提供了免費的車輛送機，估計應該也有免費接機的服務，可以提前聯繫酒店試試。

這是一家很棒的酒店。 1. 地理位置非常好，距離阿拉伯海只有500米，距離市中心也只有大約1公里。 2. 服務態度很好,酒店前台的工作人員一直保持着微笑，尤其是女孩Riza，她熱情而陽光。在我入住酒店期間，她解決了許多問題，如機場接送、旅遊諮詢訊息...等等，這些都給我留下了非常深刻的印象。 3. 酒店有一個不錯的健身房和一個游泳池。 4.每日的早餐在20樓，很好。 我推薦這家酒店，並給它滿分5顆星。

Great location with free parking, very near to many attractions, there is a supermarket nearby hotel to buy. also area is so safe for family roof - top swimming pool not busy very comfy bed with black out curtains

Excellent location, Excellent Ambiance, Friendly multinational Staff. Excellent place for business as well leisure travel. A number of nearby attractions, shopping and eating outlets. Well maintained swimming pool, gymnasium. The best attraction for business travellers is club lounge!

週五晚上安排了50人左右的12-15家人聚在這裏,雖然人們出行25-35Kms到達這裏。在這個城市的喧囂中,一個安靜的地方,有充足的停車位,人人都可以玩得開心,這真是一個驚喜。在計劃中,這次聚會變得更加有趣,有來自兒童/成人的歌舞。這是一個小大廳,但每個人都真正享受到了這個夜晚。食物很棒,但素食主義者的選擇有限。非素食者喜歡這種味道。沙拉和甜點豐富多彩。總體來說,這是一個很好的郊遊,我聽說人們在週五去那裏吃自助餐。好地方,可以去參觀和享受。需要欣賞工作人員爲照顧安排而付出的辛勤工作,在人們吃完湯/沙拉/主菜和甜點後保持地方清潔。很高興也分享幾張照片。

I’ve been going to hotels in kuwait for 10 years and never faced this! 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗗!! Late review, but well deserved to a very nice hotel, I stayed at Al Hamra hotel for 3 months as a part of a 3 months business contract The place felt like home, staff is extra nice and helpful , the challenges of delivering a good hospitality services during Covid lockdown were exceedingly met, everyone had a face mask, sanitizers are all over the place, meals were delivered to rooms in boxes on time Limousine service led by Mr Mohamed khalaf is the best you can every find Room service was spectacular

I’m used to stay at this Hotel since 8 hours . This year I found that its completely different than before by everything, starting from the attractive new decoration till the management of the place . Even the caffe that exiting there naw become more elegant. I don’t need to go out searching for new hookah place. All in one place ( hookah, food, live music) everything is just perfect 🌹🌹 I need to send special thanks for mr. Osama Al Kotok for his supper great effort in changing this place to much nice attractive hotel specially week end they always have live show with singer including very delicious open buffet. Also mr. IBRAHEEM iSSAM for the nice arrangement of my brother birthday party, everything was just perfect. My best regards Dr. Laurna matar.

Overall was bad experience I give it 2 out of 5. 1- Uporoffesional receptionist..skipped my que during check in and served another guest took longer to check not providing any info about the stay or even WiFi access. 2- Room has issues reported and some hasn't been resolved. Room without any towels. TV wasn't working. No hot water.

酒店整體不錯，提供免費接機服務。 酒店的餐廳出品也還行。 我在攜程購買的是帶全餐的，但不知道是哪個環節出問題了，酒店那邊説多次確認都是衹有早餐。 最後是攜程出方案説我在酒店的餐飲消費攜程全額報銷，實際上報銷也非常方便，我把消費憑證給了攜程就立刻到賬了
