酒店的公區都是環境是很棒的，大廳還有星巴克。餐廳在二樓早餐是很棒的。當然餐廳的接待且服務也很棒酒店的游泳池在頂層無邊泳池的效果還能看到遠方的波斯灣還有泡熱水池風景和服務走不到你感覺到很舒服，推薦你過來。

服務很好，由於晚上的航班，酒店退房時間給到了16:00。酒店還提供了免費的車輛送機，估計應該也有免費接機的服務，可以提前聯繫酒店試試。

Adding to the excellence, a special welcome back call from Roland, the Front Office Manager, immediately upon checking in, demonstrated a level of personalization that sets this hotel apart. I must express my gratitude for the thoughtful gestures that made my stay extraordinary—a welcome back cake, a bottle of Red Grape Non-Alcohol Drink, and a generous fruit platter with a personalized note. Kudos to Mr. Mounir Amer, the General Manager, for maintaining such high standards in his hotel. The commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the stay, including the exceptional service provided by staff members like Nazmul from Housekeeping. Modern, clean well equipped hotel. Decent size room and great shower. A good Starbucks in reception but not much choice of restaurants on site or nearby. Breakfast was decent, staff at the hotel helpful and friendly. Not the cheapest but a good central location

Had a really good stay at Four Points Sheraton in Kuwait. Though it was a very short stay it was very pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and neat. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was having good variety of foods and was really awesome experience.
