There are no electric car charging points at the destination - electric cars cannot be charged.

Construction will be taking place in the area in 2025-26, which may cause occasional noise disturbance.

The apartment is located near the center of Ruka. Karhunvartijanlinna A3 is located on the right side of the road Hiihtokouluntie in house A. The apartment number 3 is located on the first floor (two steps). Access to the first floor also from the sideway located behind the houses.

Note. Ordering the bed linen afterwards/near the beginning of holiday: a delivery fee of 30e is added to the order.
