Nice hotel, tasty breakfast

Incredible pool hotel and restaurant service! Upon arrival, the restaurant couldn’t serve me and my son supper as the cook apparently was too busy with preparing food for a group. The morning buffet was prepared in the evening and stood out all night. No tv channels in the room and we were told we could watch YouTube instead. For two days the hotel was without water and we couldn’t shower or flush the toilet and the solution of the staff was to bring bottles of water to the rooms. One of the staff on several occasions locked himself unannounced into occupied hotel rooms on the pretext of checking the air conditioning which was extremely unsettling and rude. The whole hotel was run by 13-14 year olds as they could speak English but consequently the service level was extremely low for a hotel of this category. I’ll never set foot in this hotel again.

Staff gentilissimo,camera con tutti i comfort,piscina bellissima,colazione molto buona.Ideale per fermarsi una -due notti durante il tour in macchina.Posizione non centrale,quindi non ideale per giro in città.La strada di accesso non è asfaltata,ma i lavori dovrebbero terminare entro l’anno.

Language barrier, old and damaged premises, slow service, lack of accessories in the room (1 glass for a triple room, 2 cups, 1 chair), bathrobes of one size, no belts, stinky cooler, showers not working, pieces of amenities falling apart.

It is a very good and cozy environment. The staff is amazing. It also has a very large pool and patio. I recommend it to everyone. I definitely recommend you to try Khachapuri and Georgian wine. Bartender Luka makes the best cold coffee❤️❤️❤️
