君悅歌劇院飯店

我們在這家飯店住了兩晚，住的是有陽台的套房。飯店地理位置優越，就在市中心。然而，美中不足的是，街上的汽車噪音持續到深夜，窗戶隔音效果很差。房間寬敞，也相對乾淨。浴室狀況很差，暖氣片上滿是污漬，淋浴噴頭側漏，水濺到兩米開外的鏡子和吹風機上，根本沒辦法用。幸好飯店還有浴缸。床很舒服，還有一個非常漂亮的陽台，可以俯瞰街道，可以坐下來休息。另一個主要的缺點是早餐：食材品質差，冷盤也很糟糕。沒有加牛奶的卡布奇諾，只有美式咖啡和濃縮咖啡。服務也很差，很遺憾。前台人員根本不打招呼，甚至在你經過時都不會看你一眼。總的來說，這家飯店住一兩晚還可以。在庫塔伊西，選擇不多。床很舒服，但房間很吵，早餐和服務品質很差。

Hotel nuovo in ottima posizione con ristoranti e negozi a pochi passi centro citta’. Camera pulita e silenziosa. acqua (2 bottiglie) free, ogni giorno. Colazione con dolce e salato, abbondante e con piatti della cucina georgiana. Staff alla reception gentile e con un buon inglese. Vicino l’htl si trova un mercato rionale, con frutta, verdure , spezie, frutta secca e tanto altro ancora. Ho comprato te’ verde, zenzero, fragole saporitissime, mandorle, nocciole, tutto buonissimo!

We stayed there for a day and while we were having a good time at the hotel, on the day of check out we had to take late check out which we paid for however the same information was not communicated to the entire houskeeping team by the front desk team. Now mind you, we have paid for the late check out and had this full conversation with the front desk that we will be staying till 5pm and still somehow housekeeping entered our room using the masterkey while we were inside the room already! No apologies, no empathy, nothing from the staff. We went to the front desk straight after that incident and their response was -‘ oh yes, sorry, they thought we CHECKED OUT’ I have been going back and forth with *********** and the hotel sales team, but now they have just stopped replying altogether after promising me a refund if and only if I take down the review (which I agreed to if they made sure that proper trainings will be put in place and only once the refund reaches my account) After promising me the refund, they have been MIA and *********** has credited 1000 rupees to my account while I paid 15000 for the entire stay plus the late check out charges! More than the money it is simply about the ethics. They are the most unempathetic bunch of customer service associates I have met till date. (The restaurant staff was extremely nice and we loved the restaurants, the location is so nice for the hotel as well, i just wish the experience would have been A LOT BETTER i terms of the privacy part and security part.)

We found the hotel satisfactory. It looks to have been converted from some other use and is next to the currently closed opera. The rooms were large, but a bit “Soviet” in style. The re was not much view, but little street noise. There was some live music audible on a Saturday night, as others have mentioned, but it didn’t trouble us. Breakfast was good. We had little interaction with the staff.

A well appointed modern hotel in an old building, right in the centre of Kutaisi. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff in the restaurant and breakfast bar were friendly and helpful. So why only three stars ? On check in we found our room stank of cigarette smoke. The receptionist looked annoyed, said it was the air conditioning ( really ?) , turned it off, opened all the windows and left without a word. We spent an unpleasant night breathing smoke fumes from the pillows, curtains and soft furnishings. The following day we asked our guide to help as we wanted to change room. The receptionist gave the same excuse and said they would clean the room. Two hours later we returned to find they had sprayed a whole can of air freshener around the room. It now stank of smoke and air freshener. This was bad enough but it was the attitude of the staff member that stank more. We were a nuisance and he didn't give a damn. We got our room changed eventually but our room was not cleaned or the bed made up for the rest of our stay.....a coincidence ? I don't usually give detailed reviews like this but someone needs to shake up the management of this otherwise excellent hotel. I wonder if I'll even get feedback ?
