Lake Residency

The property is not at all set. Renovation work still going on. Rooms were not made when we went there. All the dust in the rooms. Uncleaned and unheigienic rooms. Even the receptionist asked to stay in that dusty room. When we told we will not stat there he told us to speak with mmt to cancel the booking. If your hotel is not ready why it has to reflect in the mmt ? mmt is loosing the trust because of these kind of hotels

Staymaker residency is a worst property to say with no one attending in office with worst maintained property with no hygiene of beds, towels and pillows, no proper toilet with no good painting wall with plausible. Overall the say is not good. Very miserable. No photos taken

Worst ever room i have stayed

It was not at all good, no cleanliness, no bath room pipes, shower etc

1- i had booked for one ac room, but when i reached the hotel the manager told ac is not working and has to be repaired. So he gave non ac room for the price of ac room. 2- no toiletries like soap, shampoo, etc given 3- tv was there for name sake but not recharged 4- very negligent staff

The manager was very helpful and polite, the room was huge and clean, very well maintained and the food in the restaurant downstairs was also good. However, do remember to carry your own toiletries
