This hotel has gone down hill big time. Needs alot of work. Not very clean. Food and drink very over priced. Breakfast is terrible. Not alot of choice. Staff do their best. Carpets all over hotel are dirty Breakfast room table linen dirty. Badly need security in reception. A big fight where chairs were thrown. Handy if going for a shopping trip but not for families.

Staff are amazing.. 10/10, a big huge shout out to Recep, so helpful, polite and funny as well, the bar and waiting staff genuinely obliging. The hotel is slightly dated, understand due to be demolished after this season for redevelopment owner needs to still remember it’s most family’s annual holiday, you still need attention to detail. Carpet cleaning of the halls, it’s still the start of the season, Complaints from some guests of the breakfast is not fair to shout and swear at the staff, it’s a Turkish continental breakfast, your not gonna get rashers sausages pudding beans and tomatoes. hamman is top notch, with the massage to die for. Slept for a hour afterwards. Dolomus outside to centrum or a short walk down the side of the hotel on the hill down to the marina just 5 mins. You can then walk along the marina into the centrum in 15/20 mins.

I did stay there 4 time's over the years and could see the decline in the property , in its day it was a top hetel,and also the clientele very rough and noisy , travellers ..the main stay staff were always hard working and lovely. Quality of the food was horrible and expensive. The whole hotel needed to redone , went very bad I stayed there Oct 2022. I always remember cerkan top man , always willing to obliged & nice. He moved on to better things with his lovely Irish wife , good lad 🙏😁

From reception Mutlu and Recep the welcome was so professional and quickly assigned my beautiful room overlooking pool and marina Lucas and Metin at pool side bar spoke perfect English and were so helpful and friendly Alex in breakfast room lovely also. I have been to Turkey many times and this hotel spa was BEST ever The hotel was spotless and every cleaner greeted you with big hello and smile Have to give big shout out to Leo the photographer who took fabulous photos, thanks again I can’t believe anyone could give this hotel a bad review Only thing I can say negative is WiFi isn’t good in room only in communal areas Met some lovely people and had great few days here Will return for sure ❤️

Abusive staff - asked my waiter what he would recommend and he threw the menu in my face telling me I wasn’t his slave as I called him my server. No wifi in the rooms - do not and I mean do not book this hotel. Spoke with the manager and he was a useless as a bent screw driver

Sad to hear that the hotel is closed and the staff all out of a job. This year and last year we could see the hotel going downhill but over 20 years myself and my wife have been going here we had the best times ever. Sad 😔 to see it go we,ll miss all the craic with people from every corner of Ireland.
