性價比很高的,雖然老舊但是服務很好,領入房間打開一切設備再離開,很貴族😌,樓底下非常熱鬧吃喝很方便,還有星巴克

第一個晚上酒店安排給我的是面向海邊和路邊的房間,由於我睡眠質量差,晚上的音樂聲、車聲、人聲嘈雜讓我無法入眠。第二天我和前台交涉,他們説沒房間可以換了。我説那你退第二天的房費給我,我退房走人。過了一會兒,一位男服務員説,可以調另一個房間,讓我去看看。在負一層,是一個安裝了殘疾人設施的房間,但很安靜,於是我入住了這裏,晚上睡得很好。酒店應該考慮到不同人的需求,不應只是為了看海景,犧牲要求安靜的客人的需求。

We have been holidaying in Turkey for over 13 years and this unfortunately is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in as a family. I read the reviews before booking, and at the time they were mixed. Our experience pretty much echoed the negative reviews written by previous guests. The reception area would leave you believing that you were entering a 4 star hotel... however once you've reached your room you soon realise that you are very much mistaken. The Derici is very old, the whole hotel is screaming out for a renovation, from the fixtures and fittings, to the music in the lifts, breakfast room and pool area. The bedrooms are in a poor state of repair ( see photos ) and cleanliness is evidently not a priority. Staff lack personality and are reluctant to help ( laughed when I raised an issue ) An number of guests became unwell, including myself, my son and daughter ( sickness & diarrhea)  this we could only put down to the poor hygiene - in particular the pool area. The freshwater pool wasn't cleaned once whilst we were there, dirty wipes we observed on the pool floor along with black muck. The ladders into to pool were unstable ( loose bolts which were supposed to secure the ladders to the pool side ) the umbrellas were old and covered in dirt and mould. We had to speak to the reception staff as stained bedding was continually put on our beds ( see photos) The lifts were unreliable and often flashed a service sign. As usual we booked half board. We are very aware of what is usually on offer for breakfast, but what the Derici offered was poor. I've read the responses on other guests comments from the hotel management in regard to what is available - however the reality is very different - the coffee machine never gave you the option you requested - a very dated machine. curried egg, cheese on toast (like rubber ) the yogurt was not cold, bread was stale. Meat and cheese options were clearly recycled from other meal sittings - dried/discoloured on the edges. I felt for the families with young children as there was nothing available for them apart from cereal - however the milk was not cold. We ate the evening meal on just 4 occasions over the two weeks of our stay as the same meal was served 3 times out of the 4. The staff on duty in the evening were at times incredibly rude to the guests, tickets were provided for the evening meal, the staff demanded the ticket before allowing you to enter, as our booking was half board for the duration of our stay you would think you would be forgiven for forgetting your ticket on one occasion...I was not allowed to enter by the dinner ticket police and sent to get my ticket. Do not email the hotel to request a sea view, I did this ( months in advance ) and to guarantee this type of room I had to pay 182.00 on arrival. I was told that the hotel was full, and therefore this payment would 'guarantee' this room albeit a side sea view. My son ( 25 ) had a separate room booked and declined the sea vie

It may be due to the food you procure from outside. We are sorry. The swimming pool is cleaned every night and prepared for our guests, and you do not see the preparation. Any contamination in the pool during the day is dealt with immediately. There are no screws on the pool ladders. They are portable and snap-on. Periodic maintenance of elevators is constantly carried out and reports are kept. Absolutely disgusting hotel never seen a 4 star all the staff were miserable and rude the noice is disrespectful on a nigh from the bar underneath and one just down the road with live bands every night.Definitely wouldn’t go back to this hotel it’s filthy the bathrooms are awful and filthy they need to teach there cleaning staff how to clean properly.

My 4th time staying at the Derici Hotel this August / I have found the management and staff to be very helpful, especially the maid on my floor Nisha and also Ashley/ the room I requested was given to me and I could not have gotten a better view anywhere in Kusadasi. The pool area is lovely and relaxing with a fab shaded terrace to eat at and on floor underneath. I usually wait to eat brunch up the town around lunchtime so only used breakfast facilities a couple of times for cereal juice and toast with boiled egg and thought it was lovely, beds are a little on the hard side but the hotel can provide mattress toppers if requested which I did. I hope to return to the Derici many more times in the years to come

do not go there Staff are rude,no kettle in the room,rooms hall ways all dirty. nothing good to say about this hotel .i would not give this hotel onw* you cant bring your soft drinks to the roof top pool you have to get them from the rude man at pool side.

On entering the hotel it was beautiful the reception and bar area beautiful it was once you went upstairs it started to go downhill rapidly. 1) carpets in corridors dirty stained and disgusting. 2) rooms are like walking back into the 1970s badly in need of updating 3) the only positives are good wifi good shower pressure despite the bathrooms needing some maintenance. The beds were harder than the floor and the pillows had so many lumps I thought they had mumps 4)when advertising as bed and breakfast it should mean that not extra charges for English breakfast if that’s the case it should advertise as bed and continental breakfast. Having said that the continental breakfast was poor especially for diabetics and if you don’t or can’t have eggs then you’re going to be disappointed the warm foods were always stone cold poor selection of cold offerings salad which was warmer than the allegedly warm food. I personally saw people sticking their fingers in the bowls of yoghurt to taste it fruit was very limited in a country where fruit is in abundance and cheap it was disgraceful cereals the only decent one was sugar puffs and at least I knew other people hadn’t handled it but not good for a diabetic a good selection of bread but again people instead of using tongs provided were handling it so always go to the back there was again a selection of cakes but I saw one woman breaking bits off all of them who wants nibbled cakes !! The positive in the dining room was the staff absolutely lovely couldn’t fault them. We booked for six weeks for our honeymoon we complained about the first room because we were looking straight in to the bedroom of the opposite hotel at the back of the hotel I tried it for two weeks and couldn’t cope with it anymore and so complained to the reception and were told we booked for too long !!! I complained to the holiday rep and he offered to move us if I was prepared to pay another £2,500.00 which was an all inclusive hotel I would never book an all inclusive it’s not my type of holiday if we had been given the option on booking a sea view room i would have done but there was no provision for this. The rep did get back to us the hotel had agreed to move us to a room at the side of the hotel which was an improvement. I found the reception staff rude obnoxious belligerent and ignorant. The bar staff were lovely and the cleaner on the on the original floor was lovely the one on the second room was constantly hinting at tips I have never been on holiday and not tipped the cleaner but the second one got nothing from me I would never stay at this hotel despite it’s location which was perfect ever again Everything is not as advertised Sun lounge area up until the last week was locked by 7pm so you couldn’t even relax there as the balconies were too small to really chill out on after being out for the evening I wouldn’t rate this hotel with any stars and yet professes to be a 4 star no way

Wij verbleven één week met 3 personen op een 2 persoonskamer (2 volwassenen en 1 kind) met landzijde. De kamer met een extra bed was groot genoeg en alle basis behoeften waren aanwezig. De bedden waren iets aan de matige kant en zijn waarschijnlijk wel een keer aan vervanging toe maar zeker nog voldoende voor een weekje. Het ontbijt was prima, het avondeten beperkt qua keus maar als je de keuze maakt om niet uit eten te gaan voldoende. Verwacht in dit hotel geen luxe maar wel een prima plek om Kusadasi vanuit een mooie centrale ligging te ontdekken. Wij waren hier in het voorjaar en hebben het zwembad en buitenruimte op het dak niet gebruikt en kunnen we niet goed beoordelen.

If there were an option to give zero stars, we would. This is the worst experience we have encountered whislt on holiday in Turkey. The reception area is very misleading to what is actually behind the scenes. The hotel smells dirty with stains ons carpets and walls. Our rooms were so small although we paid for superior rooms and the bedding and towels had stains and sigarette burns in. They had to change our fridge 3 times. The bathroom fittings were taped to hold it. Our shower did not work properly. The electric wires of the bedside lights were sticking out above the bed. The guests were smoking in their rooms next door. Our daughter’s bed was so hard she had to sleep with us on our bed. There are huge gaps between the wall and room door. Breakfast was like stepping into a 1940 school dining hall. Staff not friendly. Choice of variety and quality very poor. Juice were warm concentrated syrups. Only thing we could eat is a piece of toast. To top all of this, we got bed bugs from our room. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. What a disgrace!!

Arrived in Derici on the 1st of September for 8 nights after been moved from a previous accommodation. This one unfortunately was no better… I went down to reception FIVE times to ask him to fix my fridge and he kept telling me “tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow” funny how tomorrow never came. Reception staff never smile they are the most miserable looking people I’ve ever came across. However there is one women who has a English accent who at least is friendly. Bed is like sleeping on a concrete floor and it’s definitely no where near any 4 star standard I’ve ever stayed at. All towels, bed linen ect are dirty with many stains, they only gave us 1 pillow each. Even after I asked many times for 1 extra for my girlfriend as she needs 2. Cleaner hadn’t a clue what I was saying. Location is good, it’s basically in the town. Food is below average but averagely priced so wasn’t to sad about that and drink prices are reasonable. Indoor pool was closed the entire time I was there which is absolutely ridiculous, why have amenities I can’t use!!! Pool on the roof is absolutely tiny anymore than 4-5 people in it and it’s completely overcrowded to which I just don’t know why they don’t open the indoor pool! Overall this was one to forget, disappointed and won’t ever be back. Id recommend seeking a better hotel as this one is completely horrendous.

Just returned from Derici Hotel again. The staff in restaurant, bar and reception could not do enough for us and were friendly without being obtrusive. The hotel was very clean, lovely soft towels and toiletries replenished daily if you choose to use them. The beds are firm but do have mattress toppers and although you only get 2 pillows, just ask your cleaner and they will supply more. The breakfasts are typical Turkish with the addition of egg dishes and sauteed vegetables, fruit juices etc. The pool area is on the roof, plenty of beds and sun brollies. The pool staff are lovely and the snacks are excellent priced. We only ate one night in the hotel as we know alot of people but what we had was great. The location is brilliant and although it can be noisy if you have a front room, which we had requested, it's not an issue for us. I would recommend this hotel and have already booked for next May.

Ciara at reception and all the staff where so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our stay..would definitely recommend this hotel with both its centeral location and lovely staff.. Everything from the pool area to the lobby were kept exceptionly clean at all times and rooms were cleaned to perfection every day
