”i recently had the pleasure of staying at and it was truly an unforgettable experience! from the moment i arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated with stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's facilities, were exceptional and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. What really made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any request. Overall, i would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I have check-in at around 6 pm. They have ample time to check and clean the rooms but they didn't. Although it was a good experience overall. Still some reviews on specific areas are food: tasty with good quality, but slightly smaller portions. Staff: polite and helpful in their behavior. Amenities: geyser had issues, ac and lighting were good. Hygiene: room cleanliness could be improved; they changed bedsheets upon request. Tables and cupboards were not thoroughly clean. Suggestion: the hotel should ensure room readiness before guest arrival. Overall: a pleasant experience overall. Convenient location with many nearby outlets (pizza hut, domino's, small cafes, and showrooms.

1. It's a 2 star property, so keep your expectations within that. 2. But they really need to wok more on washroom hygiene and room maintenance. 3. Room have no provision for fresh air. 4. Ac remote was not working, despite they try to repair it but still it does not work. 5. Parking is on main road 6. Good point is that hotel have restaurant. Taste is good.

Excellent facilities and very cooperative staff. Mr. Manish is always ready to help in best possible manner. Truly we get home feeling whenever we visit this hotel. Food quality and range of food is excellent. Location is easily accessible and is in the heart of city.

Hotel staff was responsive and helpful. The room was value for money however they could improve the lighting in the rooms and overall ambience of the hotel. The restaurant on ground floor had very poor lighting. There was nothing exciting to encourage me to return to this hotel. I will explore other properties in the similar price range. Regards,
