職員友善、健談。 兩個泳池都有海景；大泳池經過餐廳內的另一個小泳池旁邊梯級，可以直接下去沙灘。 早餐(自助餐)豐富。 房間大，可惜洗手間的馬桶常常沖厠失靈，幸好員工很快來維修；但第二天馬桶又再沖厠失靈房間，又要再找員工維修。

在峇里島轉機等待，中規中矩的酒店，離機場並不近。不會再選這家。

Mi dispiace ma pensk che una prossima volta a Kupang cercherò altra soluzione.

Vraiment parfait. Chambre très propre et wifi excellente. Il y a même un buffet barbecue certains soirs pour un très bon prix : 90 k IDR.

Location is very convenience and quiet. Environment is safety. Room is comfortable and cleanliness. Staff are helpful and friendly. For sure, I will visit again in the future.

The sea view from my room is so amazing, my family and I so love it, its our favourite part from this hotel.. and the breakfast so delicious, so tasty and so many choices.. the room so comfortable and so clean, thanks to the cleaning service.. I will come back in sotis hotel if I have a chance anymore..

The room is nice clean with the beautiful scennery of the beach…You can enjoy the sunset and their staff is friendly… You can enjoy delicious of food in their restaurant with the affordable cost…located of hotels near from the center of city

As anticipated from the Sotis Group, my stay was quite delightful. The hotel boasts an excellent location with beachfront access, proximity to a shopping mall, and dining options, all in a relatively uncrowded setting. The staff were notably helpful and cheerful, which added to the positive experience. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, although there is room for improvement in terms of soundproofing, as external noise, such as footsteps, was audible. The swimming pool was another highlight, offering a clean and inviting space with a stunning view of the nearby beach. As for the dining experience, it was nothing short of amazing. The breakfast spread featured a variety of options, ranging from traditional to modern cuisine, and the restaurant staff were exceptional in their service. Considering the price paid for my stay, I believe it was well worth it to choose Sotis Kupang.

Great experience in great sea view room. Very recommended. Check in so early with Morits and the menu is so good. I got the discount rate from Mr. Morits and will recommend this hotel to everyone. Success to sotis staff especially Morits very help me.

The hotel has 2 pools with sea view & direct access to the beach. We stayed 1 night at Deluxe City View room & really enjoyed the sunset swim. Breakfast was good. Various food & drinks. Airport pick up cost 100K/way & must pre-booked. The staffs are friendly & willing to help you with bike rent information if needed. We love our stay at Sotis & we recommend it for sure.
