房間很差漏水

Ik vind het voor het geld een slecht hotel geen waterkoker op de kamer krijg geen maaltijd mee als je vraagt ontbijt mee te nemen als je glas breek moet je betalen mensen onvriendelijk en wordt niet geluisterd zwembad is voor kinderen en werkt maar een lift nee ik vind het bar slecht voor het zelfde geld heb je een veel beter hotel

Hotel bersih dan nyaman. Fasilitas kamar mandi kurang. Menu breakfast kurang variasi.

整體還可以。有游泳池。旁邊有一家咖啡館。

Keren nyaman

We booked for 2 days and then we need to booked again for another one before our booking date. The staff in charged at the reception was not in good mood. She said that our booking is on the next day. I showed her that I have separate booking even asked he kindly checked again and finally she got it and said we need to checked out the next day for my another booking. The room was okey but the door cant be locked. The card was not functioning. The next day we checked out and moved to another room which we booked for second time. The card was not functioning too everytime we go out and come back to our room we need to go up and down just asked them to open our door. They said they will fixed the door but never did it. So disgusting!

Best place to choose for you and your family to stay in Kupang. This is one of the best hotel in the town. I really like breakfast. Highly recommended.
