Best view. Staff are cooperative and the swimming pool at its best. Mainly all the indoor and outdoor games and staff are cooperative in every aspects best views have ever seen in lonavala and mainly easy access to hotel. Really liked and enjoy

Very pleasant staycation with Ikshana. From the view to all the eminities in the resort to the food at Rasa.. nothing dissapointed us. This resort has all kind of amenities like badminton court, tennis courts, swimming pool etc. Must stay place when you're in Lonavala. Would surely visit again.

I had an excellent stay over the weekend here. The reception people are warm and welcoming. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. We were charged extra for 1 kid as we're a family of 4 but the room is large enough to accommodate all of us with the sofa cum bed. The game room and other amenities were not exactly operational but we helped ourselves to playing table-tennis and chess. The entire resort is fairly new so everything is new and shiny and gave a very good feeling. The swimming pool is not too large but is large enough for small groups and I had a lot of fun with the kids. Pool needs surface cleaning frequently though as leaves keep falling in constantly. The highlight of the resort is the restaurant of course which offers a variety of food including Indian, Chinese, Italian and everything we tried was very good. This is definitely a big plus over staying at the next door Duke's retreat where the food definitely needs a big improvement. The variety of food for the morning breakfast buffet is also very good and we enjoyed it. The resort is good for 1-2 nights stay though. Will get boring for more than that but for a quick weekend getaway, it is highly recommended!

Its a new place so everything was clean and well maintained. The food is good and the server Uttam was very helpful. Its perfect place for weekend getaway from Pune. The location is beautiful with Highway views. Highly recommended for 1 day trip

Amazing view, really good stay and friendly staff. Very good ambiance. It is a new property with new ideas. Deskless checkin, Huge lawns, Big swimming pool. Pranita from Front desk help us alot with the formalities. Will come back soon again.

Hospitality is on another level .. Staff members starting from receptionist (Ms.Pranita) guided each and every step to our room and informed us about the services and amenities, and the also to relax and to get stress-free we had games during high tea by Event organiser Ms.sharmila Food served with appeasement by Mr luv Mohapatra,ms.Vaidehi and Mr Aniket. Overall very good experience

Housekeeping and Restaurant staff is really very supportive. Specially I would mention the name Aniket and Vaidehi they are really very supportive... For every query they have proper answer and also if I wanted to have any customisation for food. They give it.

It was very good stay the food was very nice rooms are clean staff is very polite and helpful mostly thankfully for the front office team the check-in process was very somth and the welcome was done very grateful and l like the stay must visit the property mostly lovely thing is view masters

Absolutely wonderful experience though it was surprise visit without prior booking.I am a doctor by profession,had come here with my family with booking of another hotel which was under maintenance. So at last moment I need to search the new option.This resort has nice neat clean swimming pool. Food was really awesome.All staff supportive. Provided extra bed for my elder kid without charging extra.***y complimentary things provided by hotel.its quite cheaper as compared to other similar hotels. Location is best in the heart of nature.Thank you for the service provided.
