庫瑪拉孔回水漣漪度假村(Backwater Ripples Kumarakom)

Dieses Hotel läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Der Spa Bereich und die damit verbundene Massage war der Hammer-supergut. Das Essen hat super lecker geschmeckt. Sindhu, die Gästebetreuerin sehr freundlich und außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Posto fantastico, staff professionale, attento e gentile, la nostra camera era bella spaziosa, pulita confortevole e con una bellissima vista. Abbiamo soggiornato al Backwaters Ripples per una notte non ostante ciò abbiamo partecipato alle diverse attività organizzate a disposizione degli ospiti:il giro in barca sull fiume, coffe break nel giardino, verso sera c'erano dei musicisti che suonavano il giardino, magico... tutto era perfetto. Abbiamo anche fatto il massaggi Ayurveda che devo dire, è stato il miglior massaggio che ho fatto in India. C'era anche una bravissima Dottoressa Ayurveda a disposizione. Grazie alla signora Sindhu che ci ha spiegato e seguito nella nostro soggiorno, una persona da vero speciale e attenta alle nostre esigenze.

Séjour magnifique de 2 nuits en famille. Le personel est aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. L'endroit est splendide, calme et confortable ! Les petits bungalows sont géniaux ! Le restaurant est très bon. Menus indiens et continentaux savoureux. Je recom***de !

Très soigné et très confortable, nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le personnel s’occupe de tout pour vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Endroit calme loin du bruit et de la pollution. Excellent endroit pour se repose.

Back water view form Backwater Ripples is heavenly @ sunrise and sunset both..Speed boat to pathiramal island was awesome . Food is also very exotic.. specially fish ***go curry...it's a must try You can also try toddy shops nearby for fresh kallu also..

Stay was very comfortable and staffs are super friendly.The star attractions are the evening shikara boat ride and the infinity swimming pool. Ambience is serene and awesome and the Sunset was a classic experience. Ms Sindhu Nair was kind enough to support us through on our overall experience at BWR.Buffet break fast spread was amazing.Best place for family time and rejuvenation.Must visit place for those who love to explore the Backwaters at Kumarakom.

Shikara boat ride is worth every penny.Sunsets are classic.We can play music of our choice and dance. Stay was comfortable n staffs are super friendly. The star attractions are the evening shikara boat ride and the infinity swimming pool. Ambience is serene n awesome. Ms Sindhu Nair was kind enough to arrange fishing experience for us and also had shown how fishing nets are thrown to catch fishes. Buffet experience can be improved like adding vada or a Indian sweet dish from Indian buffet spread perspective. If property is reasonably occupied then will get lavish buffet spread which makes sense. Live counter is good. Continetal spread is amazing. Lunch n dinner is sufficient portion n tasty as well. Best place for family bonding. They got a hammock, beautiful Lotus Lake, ***go and chikoo trees. Must visit place.

The hospitality is next level.... We stayed at the premium heritage villa 108.... It was tooo good... Private sitout overlooking the beautiful lake / backwaters.... Very luxurious rooms with a walk-in closet ... And a bathroom that was the size of a huge room itself.... Showers under the sun with u**ost privacy .... My husband and I loved it to the core.... While we went out for their complimentary hi tea and houseboat ride... We came back to yummy deserts places in the room. The staff is superr courteous and has a smile always . We njoyed the infinite swimming pool alot. Highly recommended!!! Will soon visit again🫶

My son and I stayed in Backwater Ripples to enjoy the town of kumarakom. From the moment we checked into BR, Sindhu, the guest experience ***ager, was exceptional in her interactions with us. She arranged our transportation, our boat for the tour, and everything went exactly as she indicated. Sindhu is among the reasons we will be going back to backwater ripples. We felt her attentiveness and care for our needs was exactly what great concierge service is all about. Several of the staff we interacted with showed exceptional friendliness and always showed gratitude towards us. We highly recommend a stay at backwater ripples.
