Une nuit en novembre 2024 avec un tour opérateur. Chambre 433. Bel hôtel calme, confortable et propre avec vue sur le bord de mer et piscine sympa. Literie correcte (un peu dure mais c'est à l’appréciation de chacun). Climatisation fonctionnelle. Wifi fonctionnel. Bonne restauration et bon petit déjeuné mais prévoir des dosettes de café lyophilisé car le café proposé est pas top. Un hôtel à recommander pour une halte à Kumarakom.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an den Backwaters. Das Hotel hat einen Pool und großen Garten, der von Kanälen durchzogen ist. Vom Hotel werden Freizeitaktivitäten gratis angeboten (Angeln, Radfahren, Kanufahren, Bootsfahrten am anliegenden See.

Wonderful location beside Lake Vembanad which made the resort feel very special. The resort has a really good restaurant,swimming pool and sort of a gym?. They have daily evening cruises on the lake which we experienced and enjoyed (no charge). Also free of charge bikes and a small boat which can only be used in the grounds of the resort. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A short stay is good if you just want rest and relaxation

Lake song Resort has it all as a perfect serene package from the beautiful backwaters of Kerala touching its lawns to the inbuilt canals to the Ayurveda Centre with amazing Therapy massages and more. The Staff were very very courteous & helpful and go that extra mile for any thing you request them to make your stay memorable. Duty Manager Bipin went that extra mile to see that all was comfortable and the Check in and Check out was very warm and Cordial. The Room Service & Housekeeping stepped in with a smile whenever required The Buffet Breakfast was an excellent spread and the Lunch & Dinner was worth dying for . Enjoyed the rowing activity in the canals and the complimentary boat ride which was one of the highlights . Highly recommended for all........

One of the most suitable place to go on vacation. For Family trips its nice to have such facility. Totally its good to visit.

Extremely disappointed with the behavior of the manager. He was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and displayed a shocking lack of basic courtesy. His attitude was condescending, repeatedly belittling me because of my Indian heritage. He openly questioned our financial capability, making insulting comments like "Are you sure you can afford this?" solely based on our appearance. Constantly emphasizing "international guest wedding" in an attempt to imply superiority or exclusivity, he showed no respect or professionalism. This discriminatory and humiliating treatment is completely unacceptable.
