格雷茅斯阿什麗飯店(The Ashley Hotel Greymouth)

Hotel is located out of the city of Greymouth so quiet and nice setting but you need a vehicle to get around especially if it is raining. Their on-site restaurant is closed on Saturday and Sunday so the closest option is up the block. Otherwise you need a cab or car ride.Rooms are spacious and well appointed but no elevator for second floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful!!!!!

Kein Highlight Kaum Service, kein Fahrstuhl, so dass man die Koffer die Treppe hoch schleppt. Zimmer mit Jugendherbergscharakter und sehr hellhörig. Das Hotel ist eigentlich wohl ein Motel und liegt etwas außerhalb von Greymouth, eine Stadt, die man sich ohnehin ersparen sollte. Das Personal ist freundlich aber war beim Frühstück von zwei Gruppen hoffnungslos überfordert, wirkte hektisch und völlig desorientiert. Das WIFI ist so lala. Dafür war das Abendessen sehr lecker.

The staff at the Ashley were fantastic and very helpful in storing my cold food until I checked in later in the day. Room was beautifully presented and very spacious! One small issue was the plastic electric jug - makes water taste awful and concerned about micro plastics - a metal or glass electric jug would have been nicer and would look more in keeping with the stunning interior design of the room.

Je recommande surtout lorsque comme moi vous venez de faire 12 h de voiture. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant d’autant que je suis arrivé très tard. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner à améliorer car c’est vraiment léger.

We booked our room at short notice; the receptionist told us that no rooms were available but on *********** there were! After some lengthy “discussions “, he agreed that there was a room free - which we took. This is a hotel totally oriented to large groups; I don’t recommend it for individual travelers. Clean rooms, but no charm, very limited service; triggers a feeling like in a train station. We were happy to leave the next morning.

This is an older property but is clean and comfortable. Working away often sleep badly but the bed was comfortable and gave me a solid nights sleep. The bathroom is really where the rooms show their age, but are functional and clean. We ate at the restaurant and the food was ok but not great, the burger was quite bland and crème brûlée had a soft chewy top which was different, the fish and chips were good though.

The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The spa was cool not a hottub, swimming pool was very coĺd! There was construction noice right outside our room starting at 630. We could have been warned or given the opportunity to change to room on the otherside of the complex, they didn't seem to be full.

Hace una hora en Google El hotel, un poco retirado, pero no mucho Lo que no me gustó fue que en toda la habitación solo había un radiador en la parte del dormitorio. En el baño ¡¡¡No hay radiador!!!! Y es bastante desagradable cuando hace frio. Tampoco es normal que en el menaje solo tengan dos cucharas, dos tenedores, dos vasos... Aunque la habitación sea para dos, no obligues a los huéspedes a estar fregando todo el dia
