Very good stay at ITC Hamsa. The property is new and very well curated with beautiful views in the mountains and and amazing garden. Food options are very good, both for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Special mention to Mr Sahil of High Adventure Tours who supported us with transportation with an excellent service.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and the food was truly wonderful. I also found the hospitality to be excellent, particularly Shiv Kant,Sonu ram ,Ajay ,Avtar singh , Shivek from the staff.

We had the most wonderful stay at ITC Manali, and a big part of it was thanks to the incredible hospitality shown by the staff. A special thanks to Mr. Shivkant, Mr. Ajay, Mr. Sonuram, Hoshiyar, Shivek, and Mr. Ankush for going out of their way to make our experience truly memorable. They surprised us with a lovely room upgrade and went the extra mile to decorate our room beautifully, adding such a personal and thoughtful touch to our stay. It made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by the entire team made our trip extra special. We look forward to visiting again soon! ITC Hamsa was the best hill station vacation experience we’ve had ever. The property is out of the world and compares with any European hotel nestled in between an apple orchard with 360deg unobstructed views of the mountains. The service is exdeptional and the staff go the extra mile to make ur stay relaxing and comfortable - starting from the front office led by Mr Prem and Ms Poonam and the restaurant staff of - Sonu, Rajan, Rakesh, Shekhar, Amit and others. The House keeping was wonderful and ensured every amenity was provided in the well done rooms. Kudos to Ms Shivani, the GM and her leadership. There were many other staff members that we have not mentioned - but thank them sincerely. The food was amazing and the ambience too good to imagine.
