Great stay, friendly staff, easy access to everything. Great location!

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Cape Town, easily accessible, clean and the staff were all very friendly and accomodating for all our requests. The rooms are of good size, we ended up not eating purely cause we rested so well. Quiet area. Outside the hotel we took some beautiful pics and had dinner at some of the restaurants and watched the rugby.I will definitely stay here again

Booked 5 rooms for the duration of the conference and again was very happy with all things about the stay. We ordered breakfast packs as we needed to be out early in the morning and for the price tag of the pack it is well worth it. We were also helped with an early check in to drop our bags off which really helped. Thanks once again to all staff at this hotel. Will definitely stay here again

Special shout out to Grand West City Lodge. Amazing team intricately woven through all through all their service offerings, reception front desk, security, housekeeping, maintenance. Awesome stuff, 5 star experience ❤️. Even their online booking service is superb.

Amazing hotel within beautiful gardens, great food and great staff, good value, nice rooms, friendly staff and management the only thing that i would say is that service at reception is rather slow but friendly. It would be perfect for a private visit, leisurely, if you are rushed on a business trip with limited time as we were, the service was slow.

The hotel is frayed around the edges, torn wall paper, dusty blinds and coffee tables, finger marks on the glass partition around the dining room, but worst of all the athletes foot I picked up in the scuzzy looking shower during my 7 day stay. All in all a rather gross experience.
