酒店非常適合度假，beach離酒店3分鐘，落日極美。housekeeper也很棒，ben很熱情，酒店設施很乾凈，讓人有回家的感覺。有廚房，早飯是現做的，非常好看好吃，所以來kudat必須來這家。

酒店的位置離市區有些遠，但環境清靜，酒店後面是沙灘，看日落超正，但蚊子比較多，給咬了很多包包🤣

👍 Located on the best beach in Borneo. Forget about KK, if you want to have the best borneo experience, drive to this place (if possible). Private pool on your villa, 45 seconds walk to the beach, the sunset view is way better than the one in Tanjung Aru Beach. 👎 Come prepare with groceries to cook for yourself or drive to the closest restaurant (Tommy's Place or Seafood Restaurant - only cash)

Lovely chalet to stay in. There is private swimming pool and you can swim anytime even until midnight. The room is spacious and cozy. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Staffs are polite and responsive. However the cleanliness is really bad with blood stains on the blanket, bathroom amenities is old and rusty. Overall , does not worth the price paid.

Wir hatten wunderschöne 5 Tage in der Sunbeam Villa, fern von allem Stress und einer einzigartigen Atmosphere! Die Ankunft war entspannt und wir wurden mit Kokosnüssen empfangen. Beim Check-In von Ben haben wir uns jedoch mehr Info über Do’s/Dont’s gewünscht. Das Personal war immer freundlich und trotz ein paar Sprachbarrieren erfüllten sie uns jeden Wunsch - wir fühlten uns wie Könige :) Die Frühstückszeiten sowie der Zimmerservice konnte variabel bestimmt werden. Abgesehen von der sehr coolen Villa war der Strandzugang einzigartig - den Sonnenuntergang darf man sich nicht entgehen lassen! (Wichtig - Insektenspray mitnehmen!)

Beautiful huge villa, we stayed at Bayuh Sabbah luxe villa. Nice design, modern style. Comfortable beds. Great pool to chill in, our kids loved it! Garden is very beautiful, every day well kept by the personnel. The best was Francesca and her hard working team who made our stay unforgettable. They made every morning a very tasty breakfast and cooked and barbecued for us the most delishes sea food ever! This place is truly worth to stay at!

第三次在木麻黃棕櫚別墅度假，面向大海的景色非常美麗。環境安靜、乾淨。所有的工作人員都非常合作。強烈推薦給那些想要逃離城市喧囂的度假勝地。希望下次能再見到您，這裡是我們一家人主要度假的首選地點。 Kudat Riviera 的員工都是最好的，尤其是弗朗西斯卡小姐。

當然，這個地方對婆羅洲來說是獨一無二的。美麗的巴厘島風格別墅，寬敞的房間，漂亮的家具。美麗的海灘和帶游泳池的花園。我們租了一間臥室，但整棟大別墅都是我們自己的。缺點是沒有食物和無味的早餐。還有便宜的液體肥皂，骯髒的冰箱，我們沒有使用它。總的來說，清潔度不是最好的，這很遺憾，因為這樣的別墅需要好好照顧。不過服務人員盡力了，每天都會送椰子，還是很不錯的。

我和我的妻子以及我們的朋友在木麻黃棕櫚別墅住了 4 天，這是我們一段時間以來在當地度過的最好的假期之一。後院的海灘感覺很棒，在海浪聲中醒來就像做夢一樣。非常寬敞的地方，可容納 6 人。那裡的工作人員非常樂於助人，滿足我們對食物和休閒物品的要求！不久的將來一定會再來！

迄今為止我們參觀過的最棒的地方。最適合隱私和安全保證。喜歡巨大而清澈的水池。我們受到工作人員的歡迎，服務是最好的！強烈推薦給家人！！
